I bought this 6 x 3 wall mounted pergola with glass door in white colour. It is absolutely beautiful. I can’t find a word to describe how lovely it is. The material is excellent quality very solid and study. It feels very well made.We did have delay with delivery which was frustrating at the time. I had a party recently and everyone loved it . Open roof feels outside. closed in rain so relaxing hearing the rain very happy.

Currently in a legal dispute, shop around
Currently in a legal dispute. Once this is done I will add videos and documents. In the meantime please beware this company uses Sub contractors that have never fitted some models, They have no idea what they are doing. They have left us with a pergola that has a damaged roof, parts missing, doors hung incorrectly and is leaking in so badly, they also tried to get more money off us before they would come back out because the incompetent fitters were taking too long despite a set price. Please stay away and use other firms that can offer a professional service. This company has give us weeks of stress, disingenuous behaviour and we are now having to take legal action.
Please be careful. I would hate anyone
to have to go through this, thank god we have cctv showing the installers behaviour and incompetence . We also have video footage of the pergola we were left with which will be uploaded once the case has been settled.

I’m confused why you felt the need to edit your reply when you are saying we should leave it now we are taking legal action! I’m assuming it’s because you tried to get my review taken down!
However, we did allow for another subcontractor to come out. You told us he would do what he could to help repair the roof so the room was more water tight and order the parts .we trusted you yet again but your other subcontractor removed the sealant and we now have more leaks than ever before and we are now unable to use the room at all now, we are in a worse place since your second visit !! So I think we have given you enough chances. Videos will be uploaded at a later date.
Sorry you feel the need to keep coming back at me on here, but I will defend myself if you continue and make others aware so they don’t have this horrendous situation and so much stress that we have encountered, when we have already a lot to deal with as a family

All the damaged parts were reported to you on day 1, 3 and 4. Plenty of time to order replacements or send another subcontractor however you preferred to argue with us, blame us and ask for more money and wanted us to spray the damage!!
We have so many emails showing this! Just like one of the other reviews. You said you didn’t want to speak to us again and we needed to pay more.
I’m stating facts you seem to be forgetting a lot of things! You said your second subcontractors would help improve things and they didn’t, you said would be with us for a couple of days. They worked for a few hours and then Left us in a worse position ! That’s why I rang and asked for them to return the next day to seal the roof so we could use it! You refused, instead we have to wait months for parts again with a room we can’t use ! So I then said we will go legal!
You are embarrassing yourself on here now! Just because you couldn’t get my review taken off! Try and be more professional !

We have given you several opportunities to correct this and you have failed many times. We simply said that we now have to go legal as you have failed on both occasions to rectify the situation and in fact made things worse. I will upload all the videos and documents when this battle is over !
So people can make their own choice. I’m just here to warn them of our situation and how horrific it’s been .
You need to stop trying to come at me on here now please. It’s getting silly. Leave me alone and let the legal people deal with it. We feel it is important that anyone reading this review can see both sides of the situation.
We acknowledge that there were issues with this installation. This was a new, more complex fully retractable roof system rather than our standard M6 Pro. Due to the location, we used a new installation team and unfortunately aspects of their work did not meet our standards. We will not be using that team again.
However, we did not refuse to resolve the issues.
On our second visit we identified damaged components, including a small mark to a post and also found a hidden small bar, and confirmed that we would obtain replacements and return to complete the remedial work. The silicone had been removed because the affected areas needed to be properly resealed once the replacement components were fitted.
We were then asked to return the following day. This simply wasn’t possible as the replacement parts first needed to be obtained/manufactured and an installation team arranged. Occasionally components can be damaged or require replacement. These things can happen; what matters is that we replace them and put the issue right, which is exactly what we offered to do.
The additional money mentioned was not for correcting our installation. It related to a request for our installers to relay decking boards that had been left exposed and you assumed we would do this , Existing groundwork, decking and landscaping are the customer’s responsibility and this was outside the agreed installation work. It also added additional time to the installation, which is why an additional cost was discussed.
We repeatedly offered to return, replace the damaged components, reseal the affected areas and complete the outstanding work. That offer was ultimately declined and we were instructed not to return as you wished to pursue the matter formally. We respected that decision.
Comments that I am “embarrassing myself” or being “unprofessional” are personal opinions and do not change these facts. I don’t believe personal remarks help resolve a genuine dispute, and I will not respond in the same manner.
For prospective customers, we have installed hundreds of pergolas and have many positive reviews. We are not claiming this particular installation went perfectly — it clearly didn’t. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong and we came out again to do a check and what was required to fix the pergola but you insist to keep on attacking us .
We acknowledged the issues, attended the property, identified what was required and offered to return with replacement parts and rectify the work.
Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to complete that process.
As this is now the subject of a formal dispute, we will not debate every allegation publicly. We will provide the relevant evidence and correspondence through the appropriate channels.
We simply ask anyone reading this review to consider the full circumstances, our many other customer experiences, and both sides of the story before making their own judgement.
I will leave it here and if you change your mind we are more than happy to get the parts needed and complete the installation .

Living in Guernsey it is not always easy to view the quality of products and therefore there is always a risk that what you order does not meet your expectations but that was definitely not the case, the quality of the unit supplied was excellent as described by Ian. additionally to his knowledge on his products he was also able to liaise with the shippers to insure the smooth onward journey to us.

Just had the Pergola Model R-500
Just purchased the Pergola R-500 from Blakesleys,
delivery was on time and what a great product, I purchased this pergola due to the help and assistance I received from Ian at Blakesleys Ltd, Ian was very helpful and informative and was very quick to answer or reply to emails. This is a real sturdy pergola fantastic extrusions that make the structure very strong and robust, even though the span is 7m without a central post, this gives a great outlook onto the patio and garden. The LED colour changing lights around the inside of the roof are great not too bright. Cant say enough about Charlie from Podium who did the installation and how impressed we were with his attention to detail, punctuality and skill and how accommodating Charlie was in making sure everything was a we wanted, nothing was too much trouble

Excellent customer service, excellent product, would highly recommend.
We had a 3x4 Nova Titan pergola installed in April 2025 after friends recommended Blakesleys. We were so busy enjoying it all of last summer, we are only just getting round to reviewing it!
Our conversations started via WhatsApp with Ian and Dave in the February, which then led to a video call. The customer service was excellent from the start. The response to any questions we had was quick and thoroughly answered. Even the company that were delivering were excellent to work with. They were friendly to speak to and happy to accommodate our chosen delivery date/time of day to suit us. The guys that actually delivered were super friendly too.
We paid the extra for installation and we were glad we did. Kevin was brilliant, skilled, experienced and again very friendly. It only took him a few hours and did it single handed. We were concerned about drilling in to our newly laid porcelain patio but after being reassured by Ian that it would be ok, Kevin did it with ease and with no damage to the tiles.
The only thing that was a little bit annoying was that the website seemed different on a mobile phone to on a laptop, including offers but this may have changed now. It obviously didn’t put us off but it could have.

Great product, service and price
Good communication-delivery took about 2 weeks. Nova Titan pergola is an excellent product, we chose 4 blinds ( one of which was provided as part of the pergola cost) as the area in which our located can be breezy. Blinds keep both wind and sun out if required . I installed mine with help from a friend and it was relatively straightforward- took about two hours for the pergola and then the same again for the four blinds. We are really pleased with our purchase and found that Blakesleys were best on price.

Purchased a nova titan 3x3.6 from blakesley’s. It’s fantastic!! Have been thinking of buying a pergola for a while to enhance my garden space and after viewing different types settled on the titan. What made me choose blakesleys was the price and deal. No other company came close. I messaged them for more information which was provided promptly and made payment. There was a hold up from the delivery company but again communication from blakesleys was excellent and I was kept informed throughout.
