I ordered a bracelet for Christmas- it fit well and was beautiful with very pretty stones. In June, after only 6 months I was at the mall and was going to get it cleaned at the jewelry store. When I took it off I noticed a stone by the clasp was missing. I contacted Bling and they said their lifetime warranty did not cover normal wear and tear. I did not understand how a stone falling out in only six months was normal wear and tear. I’ve had jewelry, including tennis bracelets for decades, and never had this issue. They finally agreed that they would replace the stone if I paid to ship it to China and paid for return shipping. They asked me not to declare more than $20 value on the bracelet. I sent it back to the address in China by regular mail and now they claim they never received it so now I not only don’t have a broken bracelet. I don’t have any bracelet And they are not willing to do anything to try and resolve.

I'm still waiting for my refund from Bling Jewelry that was issued on Oct 26,2022. They issued me a refund by echeck( Note: no mention of echeck refund method in their return policy) that hasn't cleared from their banking institution to my account. This is my first and last time ever doing business with this company due to this and the substandard quality of their overpriced jewelry

I just want to return my order
I have been trying to return a chain I ordered, but I was never sent a confirmation email. Every time I have tried to contact them I have gotten no where. Do not order from this site, not worth risking wasting you're money on a product you don't like and not being able to take you're money back. What a joke.

I have been trying to get my refund back from these jokers since December 2021 they are so unprofessional bunch of jokers wondering where they get their reviews from are they real because their customer service skills are disgusting please beware when ordering from this site they are quick to confirm your order crap at sending things out in time and getting your money back is like getting blood out of a stone I WANT my MONEY.
