I decided a week before her birthday to purchase the ring, but even with the engraving, the ring arrived in plenty of time. Colis reçu bien après la date maximale de livraison en suite j’ai reçu sa dans une boîte toute cassé simple boîte noir alors que les influenceurs montre ses jolie boîte même pas de coussins pour dire que c’est de la qualité on ouvre la boîte et là un simple pochon ou on trouve le bijou avec une étiquette agrafé à la chaîne que j’ai commandé qui n’est même pas la marque du site d’où mon doute sur le faite que ce n’est pas du vrai or aucun poinçon rien pour vous indiquer que ces du vrai je suis sûr que si je tape la marque qu’il a sur l’étiquette je le trouve sur ali express pour rien grave déçu c’était pour un cadeau de noel je pensais avoir fait l’affaire mais là je me retrouve comme une debile avec sa !!!

I have ordered jewelry from them twice and gotten great deals and exactly what I ordered. I bought a 23 gram gold necklace and a small Chinese style clasp. Both are beautiful nice pieces. Some of the jewelry isn't so great but you get more than what you pay for there. I am very happy with my purchases.

A unresponsive, unreliable, and irresponsible company.

I purchased a bridal set back in 12/19. The set I liked, but it was sized small so I needed to return it for a size up. Through numerous calls of trying to get a return label I never received the label. I even went online and attempted to print the label off myself & it wouldn’t even let me proceed with that. After many attempts of trying to get the ring returned. I just chatted online with a very condescending attendant who basically told me that it had been 30 days & It was past the 30 day period for returns. After the 4 month period of me trying to exchange the ring they tell me time was up on returns. The audacity of them! I rate them lower than a 1!

Terrible quality nothing like advertised. Returned product but never received my money back and no way to contact anyone from them.

Can't comment on their customer service as ordered through Amazon.
The item arrived promptly but was poor quality for the price.

ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH A RATING FOR BLING JEWELRY - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

This is why...
I wanted to order two of item (Personalized Mens Medium Army Dog Tag Pendant Necklace 925 Sterling Silver Shot Bead Ball Custom Engraved) for my brothers who I will be meeting soon after 3 long years!! While trying to place the order through Amazon, I realized that it wouldn't let me add the item to the cart unless I provided a text to be engraved on the pendants. I wanted the pendants with nothing written on them, so that my brothers could engrave whatever they like as they received their gifts. I, therefore, contacted Amazon customer service on July 29th at 11.11pm to help me place the order. The representative asked me to type "DO NOT WRITE" in the box provided so that it allows me to place the order. I did what I was told to and placed the order. The representative also wrote an email to the seller with my notes at 11.15pm, which was exactly 4 mins after the order was placed.

However, I received a response from Bling Jewelry on July 30 at 10.36AM saying that the order was shipped prior to receiving the email from Amazon representative. Even worse... they engraved "do not write" on both pendants. HOW RIDICULOUS!!! I spent the whole day yesterday calling Amazon and Bling Jewelry hoping to resolve this. Amazon says it is now between me and Bling since they did everything right from their side and it was the seller's fault not to pay attention to their email before shipping the items. I then called Bling Jewelry, who of course blamed Amazon for making me type "DO NOT WRITE" in the field and for making me place the order without checking with the seller directly. Bling Jewelry also made the excuse of not noticing the email, which apparently got buried in the 500 plus emails that they receive everyday - REALLY??? This whole thing happened in less than 12 hours and how irresponsible can one be! I really have no words to describe the one who engraved "do not write" on an expensive pendant!! Blink Jewelry definitely only cares about the money as the lady who answered my call was not willing to help at all!!

I was so excited to order this item for my brothers. But this shopping experience has totally ruined my day, especially since I ended up paying 154 dollars for something I do not want anymore!! I thought it is good to share my experience here so that customers who intend to purchase products from this seller are prepared to deal with similar issues. I do not want any customer to be treated the way I was treated.

Terrible service I purchased 2 rings on overstock and they sent email conf that they are delivered but only one in the pack so far no refund or email advising i will get one do not shop here!!!!

I bought a few pieces of jewelry from Bling for my daughters. Unfortunately, every one of them her poor quality. Two of them are not even usable. They have very poor quality control and even worse customer sevice. Buyers Beware!

My sister bought me earrings and one arrived broken. She called and requested that they send a return label. They claimed they sent it 2 different times. When I finally got around to following up again they told me that it was too late. I was out of the return window. I do not recommend ever buying from this company. As you can see by previous reviews it is not worth it.

Please DO NOT use this site!! Was shopping online on Black Friday for pandora jewellery and the bling jewerly advert came up first on google. Advertising lots of pandora at really cheap cheap prices for Black Friday! I tried to make a payment but it was declined by my bank, straight away after I had a phone call from the bank saying your card was used on a fraudulent website and they will have to stop my card, I had to destroy the card and I’m still wait for a new on to be sent while they investigate (they said they have had loads of people with same problem) Disgusted and disappointed that this website is allowed, especially an ad from google!! Tried to get in contact but no reply. Awful website!!

I bought a ring for my mother for Xmas and She lost a stone after wearing it 3 times!!! I sent 3 mails to blingjewelry but I had no answer!!!

I read their page about what they believe in. It sounds nice but what they really believe in is false advertising. I clicked on their ad that says "free shipping" but when I got to their page I saw that the ad is false. They do not offer free shipping. They remove their shipping charge if someone spends over $70. Not only is the ad false but their bar for free shipping is way higher than I have ever seen.

This seller sucks. Do not buy.

As my experience, and other reviews indicate this site will simply cancel your order (after fully capturing the funds from your source of payment) for no apparent reason other than you purchased items they don't make good margins off.
