I had business meeting in Dubai and wanted the enjoy the happening life of this vibrant city and for that I contacted Blissful Umrah Travels. They gave me a decent Dubai and Abu Dhabi city tour, desert safari, a visit to the Ferrari world with the Palm Island tour. Everything was up to the mark and enjoyed it a lot.

They are scammers and take your money…
They are scammers and take your money and don't give refunds. First they offer 5 star hotels and then suddenly give you 1 star hotels after payment and scam you. They are professional scammers and lots of people have fallen for it. It is run by a hadeed Ali and a aminatha athie. This is a group of scams and it is all run by the same person. Sister mona and brother Omar are the same person this is lies they make up to fool you. Don't fall for this scam.

Documented Interaction: On March 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM, an individual named 'Umer Zaman' contacted us via WhatsApp regarding travel for US-based family members. When we politely informed him that we do not service the UK market, the individual became abusive and blocked our team.
Verification of Allegations: Because we declined to provide service, no package was ever sold, no payment was taken, and no hotel itineraries were ever issued. Therefore, the claim of 'downgrading hotels' is factually impossible and entirely fabricated.
Team Integrity: Our representatives, including Sister Mona and Brother Omar, are distinct, professional team members who interact with hundreds of satisfied clients via official channels.
We take our reputation and our IATA certification very seriously. It is unfortunate that an individual would attempt to hurt a company’s credibility simply because they were ineligible for our services.

A special shoutout to Brother Ali for organizing everything. He was with us in every step, always making sure everything was okay. Transportation, the sheikh, the tours — whatever he promised, he delivered. When he wasn't available his team would make sure to help us. Each of them was supper nice and kind, they were always checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything.

I want to share my exprience to help…
I want to share my experience to help others avoid falling into the same trap.
This company has no real office and runs entirely through Facebook and WhatsApp. You never know who you’re actually speaking to, and once they receive your money, their promises disappear.
They charge for high-end hotels but provided much cheaper accommodation. In one case, two friends were promised Grand Emaar and Concord hotels for a February trip, paid months in advance, but were given basic rooms at Kiswa Towers with no refunds. They even pretended to be a hotel allotment company to falsely confirm the booking, only to later apologise, promising a visit from their “CEO” – which of course never happened.
They heavily rely on fake, AI-generated reviews and fake accounts to boost their online image. Please check their Instagram and Facebook pages carefully – the likes and comments are not genuine.
They also make strange claims like offering “express check-in,” supposedly allowing check-in and check-out at any time – something no reputable Umrah operator promises, which raised my suspicions.
From what we gathered, it seems the operation is mainly run by two individuals, possibly under different names, and sometimes using the name “Umrah International.” There are more detailed complaints about them under that name as well.
It’s deeply upsetting that anyone would scam people going on a sacred journey. Please be cautious and do thorough research before booking.
