I had the privilege to perform Umrah last year and it's one of the best times of my life indeed. We chose Blissful Umrah to arrange our tickets and stay at Makkah and madinah on a friend's recommendation, and Alhamdulilah we were very happy to do so. Our journey has been smooth and comfortable. Do not book with this company! I was initially approached by a man named Hadeed Ali on Facebook, who claimed to have used their services and highly recommended them. Despite some initial doubts, the company appeared responsive and professional, even providing me with a business account and allowing payment via PayPal, which gave me a sense of security.

Leading up to my trip, they repeatedly assured me that everything was booked and even provided documentation. However, on the day of travel, they informed me that the 5-star hotel I had originally booked was no longer available and instead offered me a 3-star hotel located miles away. This was completely unacceptable.

Once I arrived in Makkah, the situation worsened—the company stopped responding altogether, and I was suddenly contacted by an unknown third party. The stress and anxiety this caused were indescribable. I had no choice but to book another hotel at my own expense.

The deception didn’t end there. After returning home, I spent weeks chasing my refund. They continuously promised to return my money, provided fake transfer receipts and false assurances of compensation—but nothing ever materialized. I had to resort to filing a claim with my bank and PayPal to try and recover my funds.

This company frequently operates under different names, but the payments are always handled by a person named Aminata Athie. I am sharing this to warn others, as I later discovered I was not the only victim—many others have been scammed, some even facing threats. Avoid them at all costs!

I had an excellent experience of getting my trip booked through brother Ali Ahmed who is extremely professional and provided the best care possible.He went out of his way to help me with all the necessary arrangements. I feel exceptionally satisfied and happy. Thank you as it is much appreciated.

MachaAllah this is great travel company. I booked my Uhmhra travel with them. It was a great experience. They also perfom another Uhmra for me just becuase Ilthere was a little issue with my me getting breakfast at my hotel. I truly thank them for that.
