When doing a comparison with two other major Reverse Mortgage companies, I found them easy to communicate with. Their mortgage terms were better than the competition and clearly stated. Things went smoothly even though my situation made it a bit difficult to complete the process.

They are scammers they send a contract stating that a fee should paid before i get my than before i send i ask again they said 30 minutes after i paid i will have my money I paid and when i call they said no i must pay another payment i want me refund .

Everything was laid out in a clear and concise manner. Somebody was always available to answer our questions and help us through the process at every step. Even a walk through of the documentation and answering all of our concerns led to a very satisfying experience. I cannot say enough about Gavin Smith and his dedicated knowledgeable approach as he led us to successful completion.

In first place it was important to us to understand what a reversed mortgage means for us and if we are making the right decision. All our questions were answered in a way that we felt comfortable to proceed . Carlo Conciatori was very helpful

I received great support from the Bloom team, my client was well taken care off and accommodated.
It seam as a simple file to start but, like of files these day came with its challenges and the team was there to support, answer questions, accommodate all requests and help move everything forward promptly.

Bloom Finance was the only Company that allowed us to qualify for a reverse mortgage. They also registered a higher amount over the initial draw of funds. This will allow us to access additional funds in the future if we are in need. Gavin and Kindam were patient and helpful in guiding us through the process. They also suggested lawyers in our area who were familiar with reverse mortgages. Very satisfied and highly recommended!
