Wonderful experience with Bloomsbury manor bought a Tiffany diamond ring had it resized for free great communication all the way through the transaction. Beautifully presented came in a lovely box with a personal note from team and when I thought I couldn’t find the diamond certificate Andrew was very helpful with where to find it in the folder as my menopausal brain couldn’t see it right in front of me 😀 definitely would recommend buying from here it felt a very personal experience

I have purchased 4 Art Deco rings from them over the past 5 years, all of which are beautiful and just as described- unfortunately I live a long away from London so have always bought on the strength of photos and descriptions, all of which were honest and accurate. My 5th recent purchase was made in person as I was able to visit Meritxell in London and buy another beautiful ring. I cannot rate her and Andrew highly enough - their courtesy, service and communication are second to none, and their beautiful jewellery is very fairly and realistically priced. I approached Bloomsbury Manor with with a Tiffany engagement ring I wanted to sell, I was offered a service where the ring would be serviced, advertised and sold entirely by bloomsbury all I had to do was send the ring to them which they paid the postage cost for, the service provided was excellent from start to finish with great communication and updates regularly any enquiries/questions I had were answered usually within the hour, the ring took 5-6 months to sell but it was completely hassle free for me, I was informed when the funds would be released which they were spot on time, bloomsbury obviously charge for this service however I still received the price I wanted for the ring, a very pleasant experience, thank you !!

After spending many months looking for the right ring I came across Bloomsbury Manor quite by accident during a Google search for Tiffany engagement rings. I wish I had found them so much earlier, they have been without doubt the best seller of any kind I have been in contact with and bought from.
Being someone who knows nothing about jewellery, I was obviously a bit unsure of what I was buying and how to get the ring resized etc. Meritxell, the owner was just superb in guiding through what it was I was buying and the process in getting it resized. I must have been quite annoying with the emails that I continuously sent through but she replied to them every time within minutes.
Once I had chosen the ring and ordered it, it was with me the next day, the attention to detail with the packaging alone made me realise I had made the right decision before I even saw the ring. The ring, which is obviously the most important piece was faultless and perfect, it was so much better than it looked on the website.

We needed to get it resized and Meritxell invited us up to get measured the following weekend. We spend an hour with her for a process that probably only needed five minutes to do. She made us feel so welcome and her knowledge and passion just shone through. The resized ring was returned to us the following week, again it was faultless in its craftsmanship.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Bloomsbury Manor if you are in the market for a Tiffany engagement ring, we are going to ask them to sort out our wedding rings in the near future.

For what is an incredibly personal and unique purchase, using a reputable company who are tailored to work with your exacting requirements makes the journey hassle and worry free. We were concerned making such a purchase ‘remotely’, however the amazing customer service received from Andrew was very reassuring to add to the experience. Andrew could not do enough for us. Finding such a lovely company is very rare nowadays. We cannot recommend highly enough.

I purchased a beautiful 3 stone diamond, platinum ring from Andrew in April. I asked him to resize it and when it arrived, I realised I had given him the wrong finger measurement.
Very embarrassed I contacted him and arranged to return the ring after re-measuring and asked whether he could resize it accurately. Completely my fault.
I also trusted him with other items to be professionally cleaned.
True to his word, the ring and other jewellery were returned in the time he specified. Throughout Andrew provided me with regular ‘Updates’ of the cost attached to each item of work and a delivery time to suit me.
To say I am more than delighted with my ring, my now sparkling other items and Andrew’s professionalism and manner is an understatement.
The website has lots of beautiful jewellery at much reduced from new cost and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase something in the future.
