I have purchased two Tiffany pieces from this jewellers and cant praise them enough. I'm an overseas customer and the process to purchase is seamless.
Communication is thorough and the description of goods is accurate and detailed. My piece arrived beautifully boxed and polished, exactly as described.

Warning do not buy anything from this business. I recently brought a very expensive cartier diamond ring when I took ring to Sydney cartier flagship workshop for service to make sure was authenticate I was refused after ring was taken to back room coming back short time after and inform sorry sir this is not Cartier.
When I contact seller she told me Sydney cartier didn't know what they where talking about as ring was french not made in Australia. I can provide evidence of chat message with seller. Off course it wasnt made in Australia no cartier is made in Australia but all cartier workshop no matter what country they are in can identify their own pieces.
I sent ring back for full refund and seller did not issue instead opened a case against me the day after she received ring.Ebay found in my favor and refunded me directly after 3 days. I have reported this business to the Richemont group and UK Standards Authority.Everything I say I have evidence to back it up.
Also ring dosent even remotely look even close to a ring from lanieres collection.
Do not trust her 5 star rating selling second hand goods.
Also I have pictures of serial number of ring not the correct format used by Cartier.
Seller also claims she brought ring from auction house but has no documents to prove its authenticiy big red flag.
I have asked bloomsbury manor to provide evidence if what I say is false to trust pilot as they have strict policy for fake reviews and they will remove yet my reveiw stays another big red flag.
I also have evidence from ebay including transcript of my conversations with ebay agents.

This ring design seems to be very common among counterfeiters as there are several copies on various different websites very odd as ring is supposedly so rare and hardly seen. Evidence can be supplied.
The nerve of this seller also claims Sydney cartier flagship staff are not trained to authenticate vintage Cartier only a work shop can do well obviously sydney Cartier Flagship is also a workshop with highly trained Cartier jewellery technicians, evidence can be supplied, owner obviously dosent do her reserach before opening her mouth.
Also Bloomsbury manor please don't confuse any conversation you had with my boyfriend especially as english is not his first language with any conversation you had with me. You shouldnt have even engaging with him as he was not one of your customers you didnt even know who he was and also thought he was a girl and even offered him as refund for a ring he didnt even purchase very unprofessional . This woman also supplied documents from cartier claiming ring is authenticate using serial number so many details missing also cartier dose not authenticate based on serial number alone as serial numbers are easily replicated also no name on documents also no signature or stamp making documents invalid. Evidence can be supplied.
For a company claiming to have years of experiance and hundreds of satisfied customers yet very low number of reviews. I have also had a lovely phone call with ebay agent about this seller.

This Business making false claims on customs declaration form is serious criminal offence I have copy of customs declaration as proof/ 350 GBP declared value for ring worth 6000 GBP, I will be sending evidence to DHL and customs Australia and UK customs and American customs ,Also Bloomsbury manor tried to get me you send ring back privately not threw ebay to send to London workshop to prove its was real for a fee around 150 pounds when Sydney cartier workshop already claims it is not Cartier ring

I did my first purchase with a bit of apprehension because of the distance and the value, but I was completely blown away by the personalized service, great care superb quality of the piece. That’s why I went back. Absolutely fantastic store, and Meritxell is amazing. I am a faithful customer.

Andrew assisted me with selling a Tiffany & Co. engagement ring that was quite unique and large, at 2.3tcw. Ahead of choosing Bloomsbury Manor, I must have contacted almost every entity in the UK who deals in second hand high-end jewellery and found that most weren’t interested in my ring because it wasn’t a box standard solitaire that they could sell easily. However, Andrew was very happy to take on the challenge!

The selling process was very professional and Andrew is exceptional at communicating and managing expectations. After providing the ring to Andrew, it was on the website in a matter of days, complete with it’s own video! It had been cleaned and polished and looked just as good as the day I bought it, so I can attest that Bloomsbury Manor will get your jewellery into the best condition possible ahead of selling.

I found the commission fees to be in-line with industry standards, but my perception is that Bloomsbury Manor goes above and beyond the competition with the personal attention you’ll receive as a client, as well as the attention your jewellery will get throughout the sales process. Andrew was always available if I wanted an update, and quite often, he would proactively contact me with updates. I never second guessed my decision to sell my ring through Bloomsbury Manor.

Bloomsbury Manor saved our engagement ring buying experience. We made a special trip into London to view an engagement ring but unfortunately the store no longer had it despite us making an appointment. I’d seen the Bloomsbury Manor website and phoned Andrew to enquire about a Tiffany & Co Novo ring they had. Andrew went above and beyond what we could have hoped for and despite our unexpected call he agreed an appointment with us that same day to show us rings that matched what we wanted. On arrival we were shown a lovely selection of pre-owned Tiffany & Co rings and Andrew was very patient and understanding in answering all our questions. We selected a lovely ring that had been cleaned and polished to look like new with all the original paperwork and in only a few days the ring was resized and delivered safely to me.
