She is very kind & friendly but most importantly brilliant at her job. I never even thought it would be possible for me to get a mortgage as I have a chronic condition and am unable to work, but this wasn't a problem at all. I cannot thank Kim enough as this mortgage will allow me to move forwards with my life and gain back more independence. I cannot recommend her enough!

Approached via Facebook and had a reply straight away from Kim Powell who directed me to Oliver from the initial phone conversation Oliver was very friendly and helpful. No question was ever too much for him to answer. Oliver is highly effective and sorted out everything in super speed! Oliver was helpful with additional covers we wanted (home insurance protections etc) always taking his time to explain everything to us, for us to make the best decision for us. Oliver’s support throughout the whole progress was unwavering. We are forever grateful and will be going back when our term is nearly complete! Many thanks.

This is the second time Kim has done our remortgage and both times she has gone above and beyond to help us and make sure everything goes smoothly she’s very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and professional wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend Kim every time ! Basically the only mortgage broker anyone needs .
