Being my first remortgage I was quite unsure of the process. Sian was brilliant in explaining everything to me step by step, and I enjoyed a more personal experience than my initial mortgage application, which put me at ease to ask what was probably too many questions. Sian helped us secure a mortgage back in April, although due to a number of issues with the house sale/purchase we had to change the mortgage agreement/proposal a number of times. Sian was professional, very accommodating, communicated regularly and exceptionally well and escalated things with the mortgage company when needed. We got through it all by mid October and we can't thank Sian enough for all her help and support since April.

We hadn’t sold and bought a new property in 32 years. Sian was recommended by StoneRidge estate agents. We had already booked to speak to Barclays mortgage advisors however they were unable to fit us in for 4 days. I spoke to Sian who also recommended that in our case Barclays was the best mortgage to suite our needs. So why did we go with Sian. Having worked in education for the best part of 25 years I believe in giving young people the opportunity to succeed. What an excellent choice that was Sian submitted our application at 4pm and we had an offer the following morning by 9:15. We were then at the stage of exchanging contracts when the house fell through.
