My partner and I have know James for…

My partner and I have know James for several yrs... you get to know people over that length of time. Nine yrs ago he helped us find a one bedroom, beachside condo to rent. Our plan was to rent in Cabarete before we decided to invest ... or not too... depending on our experience. James found a perfect complex ... on the beach... safe... close to town... two pools... walk the beach for miles. we rented there two plus months for three yrs... then covid came to be. We kept in contact with James because he was so helpful while we were only renting. We explored other avenues for a few yrs to escape CNY snowy winters but James and DR remained on the top of our list. Fast forward to Feb of this yr... we traveled to DR for seven days with another couple who were having a villa built .. we contacted James for a diner get together. He informed us of a beachfront condo being sold by a lady we knew and had rented from in the past. We viewed it the next day... it was what we were looking for all these yrs. We had to fly out the next morning but James assured us him and his company would take care of all the details ... and they did. We are returning in Nov '27 as owners.... so in the end, you can buy/invest in DR without physically being there if you contact James. Cindy L.

The best attribute I can state about James, his employees and company in general, is the fact his customer service continues AFTER the sale. To me and others, many others I have referred to James have stated the same, and that's important. To know that help with your new perchace is only a text or phone call away is priceless... no matter how much you invested. Hands Down The Best Realtor…

We used Blue Sail Realty three years ago when we purchased our condo. James was great. I had spoke to a couple of other realtors before I chose to go through him.

From the moment we touched down in POP he made sure we were taken care of while we were there. He sent a driver (which we still call every time we make a trip there) to pick us up, made sure we had a nice place to stay that was stocked with food and drinks (which was free since we purchased a place). He picked us up on time and took us to check the places on our list out.

Each place I wanted to look at from his website was available and he also took us to a couple more he had found that he thought fit the criteria we had discussed. We ended up choosing the one I had first fell in love with through the great videos he had made and posted on his site!

Even after we purchased our place I was able to contact him for advice or help with finding my way around things there! He even sent his driver to help me shop for a new TV in Puerto Plata. He really goes above and beyond!

We still keep in contact and we will definitely use his services again in the future and we would recommend James at Blue Sail Realty to anyone who is looking for their own perfect place!🩵

Five Star Experience

James at Bluesail Realty made my experience in finding the perfect investment property extremely easy. He was very professional and helped make the process of buying a home stress free from start to finish. He really went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable as a first time buyer. The only call you need to make is to James at Bluesail Realy.

While on vacation we were recommended by a trusted friend to reach out to Bluesail since we mentioned our interest in buying.

We dealt with James, and I can not say enough good things.
My wife is very hesitant on big purchases. James walked us through every step, and answered all of my questions with ease.
He listened to all our requirements for this purchase and he found us the perfect beachfront condo.

I have never seen my wife so happy about a purchase, and with the view we now have. It easy to understand why.

So thank you again Bluesail Realty, and specifically to James for finding us our dream beachfront condo, and making the logistics of this purchase seem effortless.
