Great Customer Service Experience
Courtney had a lovely manner on the call. She was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
She was empathetic to my stressful day trying to organise bringing our caravan back to storage for a service and advised me of the protocol which I was not previously aware of. She also advised that we could take advantage of the Blue Storage Facebook Page to advertise our caravan after deciding to sell it as we do not use it enough due to busy schedules . This was reassuring as we were disconcerted with wondering how we would go about marketing it for sale. Thank you Courtney for your help today

Very helpful. Minor IT issue in setting things up which they were very proactive to solve. Had an issue with the latch on unit and out of hours staff were very helpful.
