Do not trust them! they are Scammers looting people by taking payments online and never Deliver them! you will receive the shipping details and received delivered message but never the product.
you cant complaint because the delivery team will ask you to talk to product owner. and you have no number or email id that will reach them.

BT473434 / BT47337 these are my two order number i have already paid for 2 orders I have not received my orders. they say its undelivered because I was not available at the given address.I have given my office address and my office time till 7.30 pm. yesterday i received a call from ur side that my parcel will be delivered today bit again in evening i got message that not delivered due to i was unavailable.i haven't received any call from ur side. 02068127555 no one picks up the call or its engaged.
i have already paid for my order why its not getting delivered.share me the number who delivers the product. i tried many tomes to call on theis nuumbers but no use no answer from theri side not returnig my amount

I have ordered my Blue Tyaga jacket on March 10th 2026 but still I have not received it. and give fake promise every time no answer in calls, no answer by Email I have calls continues daily to daily and send emails also but not single reply from there side. I have no condition for paid payment but still I trust and paid but they take my payment and not give my order. really very bad experience. I give 0 Zero rank

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

I placed an order on 3rd March with an expected delivery timeline of 5–7 days, but it took more than 15 days to arrive. There was no proper communication or accountability regarding the delay.

When the product finally arrived, the fit was completely off, and I immediately raised a return request. However, the status has been stuck at “Return Pending for Approval” with zero updates.

The most frustrating part is the complete lack of customer support. Calls never connect, callbacks never happen, and emails go unanswered. It feels like once they have your money, they simply disappear.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. In all my years of online shopping, I have never faced such poor service and negligence toward customers.

If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no option but to escalate this legally.

Highly NOT recommended.

No Shipment, No Support, No Refund

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Blue Tyga. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

I placed Order ID: BT435449 on 6th March 2026 (prepaid order worth ₹999), and to date, the shipment has not even been picked up. The tracking status has been stuck at “Not Picked Up” at the Malumichampatti hub for days with absolutely no movement.

What’s worse is the constant delay in delivery timelines:
- Initially promised: 13th March
- Then updated to: 21st March
- Then pushed again to: 22nd March
And now it shows: 29th March

This is not a delay — this is complete failure of logistics.

I raised a support ticket (#29631) and followed up multiple times via email.

Instead of resolving the issue, the team went ahead and closed the ticket without any resolution or communication, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Despite clearly requesting cancellation and refund multiple times, there has been zero accountability, zero ownership, and zero action from their side.

This entire experience raises serious concerns:

- Why are orders not being shipped at all?
- Why are delivery dates being randomly extended without explanation?
- Why are support tickets being closed without resolving customer issues?

This feels like a complete breakdown of operations — logistics, customer support, and communication — everything.

I placed this order after seeing positive reviews online, but my experience has been the exact opposite. At this point, I am left with no product, no refund, and no support.

I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Blue Tyga unless you are prepared to deal with indefinite delays, poor support, and unresolved issues.

Still waiting for:
- Order cancellation
- Full refund

Highly dissatisfied.
