Got my order wrong three times I paid a premium price for fast delivery and still it took the normal amount of time once I got my steel it wasn’t even straight maybe a 15mm curve from top to bottom it was only 3100mm long will never buy from here again

Did not meet the original stated…
Did not meet the original stated deliver date, but did meet the second confirmed deliver date after a a phone call requesting a update of the original delivery date.
Was told the wrong date had been given, also there was a lack of stock.
Items delivered, undamaged as specified.

Prefer the website for ordering.
I used the online ordering app on the website to order some steel bar and angle. I like the website as it shows you what is available and the prices in preference to emailing for a quote and having to wait until the office is open the next business day. Not quite the "next day delivery" that they advertise as some of the material had to be brought in from another warehouse.
