Buying online process was simple and…
Buying online process was simple and easy to use. I opted to collect and same again easy process. I asked last minute to cut some steel tubes and wasn’t a problem. The guy got it done in no time for me.
Will be definitely using them again in the future.

Great company to do business with
Great company to do business with.
Ordered some handrail brackets for a specific job and then discovered that what was actually required was completely different then originally requested.
Emailed a cancellation of order, followed up by a phone call. Response received within 30 minutes or so with a full refund within another 30 minutes.
Once I work out what the customer actually wants I will definitely be ordering the correct parts via BM Steel.

Free cutting advertised but not available
Website states free cutting, but there was nowhere to enter the dimensions in the ordering process and I was charged £24 instead when placing an order over the phone.
