I was impressed with the booking process. I had very little time to find a removal company and phoned several on the same day. BMS sent a move manager on the day of my enquiry. He was extremely thorough and explained everything clearly. I got the quote the next morning. On the day of the move the crew arrived on time having phoned me to let me know they were on their way. They worked extremely hard and packed everything carefully. They were professional, respectful of my possessions, polite and pleasant. The overall experience was great. I particularly liked having a move manager who co-ordinated everything from start to finish efficiently - it went a long way to relieving the stress of the move. Thank you.

The team at BMS were just great on this move as they were on our last move.
Booking was easy and they accommodated our changing plans without fuss and were very helpful.

I was very impressed with the initial phone conversations and the competence with which my videos were assessed. But my main relief when the team of six arrived and, within two hours, cleared the contents of our house and garage, Re-installing beds and furniture in our new home was done with great skill. It was not an easy operation but I would warmly recommend BMS for their speed and friendliness.

We used them to pack, remove and store our properties as we were in the process of selling and buying a new place. Once we got our new house they assembled everything as it was, they took very good care of every single box and item. They were so quick every time and nothing got broken! 100% recommended

We were advised that it would take 2 days due to the distance involved, so glad we didn't take the cheaper 1 day option offer by other companies.

Our move from London to Cardiff went without a hitch and no drama's. Team turned up at time agreed and just got on with the job. Asked questions if they were unsure of anything.

Next day the team turned up at agreed time and again just got on with the job.

So comforting to know you can rely on a removal company to get the job done.

They were able to schedule our packing and removal service with only four days’ notice, providing a competitive quote within minutes of me contacting them. Communication throughout was proactive and attentive. On moving day, our two movers were friendly and incredibly efficient, packing and loading everything in only two hours and unloading at our new home just as smoothly. My second move with BMS, again outstanding service. Full pack, move to storage and move to new property. Full pack and load took only 2hours for a large two bed flat. Very efficient and friendly guys made the process very smooth. Highly recommend.

Friendly, reliable and professional. Paul and his team moved the majority of my belongings to my new place and took the rest into storage. We've also booked BMS for the house clearance to come up in September.

BMS moved us from Cheam to Suffolk , and wee fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend them . Nothing was too much trouble, their attitude was highly professional and all workers were courteous and helpful at a very stressful time. Would recommend and would use again . Thank you BMS!

A huge thank you to the BMS team for doing such a fantastic job with our move. The crew packed, moved, and reassembled an entire 5-person, 4-bed house with impressive speed and efficiency, and all with good humour and care throughout the day.
There was only one very minor blip: the kettle was packed (water and all!) 😂, but honestly, we were amazed that was all, given the scale of the move. It really was an outstanding job.
Thanks again for making a stressful day so much easier, we’re very grateful.
