I got my initial quote through BMS, they were incredibly professional undertaking a fire survey and carefully going through my options. The professional service continued through various delays in my again but they were always incredibly flexible. On moving day, the crew called ahead to let be know they were on their way,were incredibly polite and thoroughly efficient. Start to finish, I could not have asked for more. Thank you!

What a fantastic team! Mark, Harry, William, Nelson & Jan! They absolutely took care of everything. Even taking my American fridge freezer apart and rebuilding it the other end as we couldn't fit it out of our front door. Nothing was broken, they were efficient and careful with fragile items. Brilliant!! I would highly recommend. The office team were equally as amazing and really accommodating as our date kept moving due to some complications. The whole BMS team made our move easy and straight forward. Worth every penny.

Kish was quick and thorough with my first assessment to give a quote as well as great with communication throughout.
Liviu and Mondo were amazing and make the whole process a stress-free experience. They made short-work of moving my stuff out from my 3rd floor flat without a lift and worked together as a team. They were perfect with keeping me updated, even when they had to sort out a flat tyre.
They were much quicker than I was expecting, and I still knew they were being careful with my belongings.
Thoroughly impressed with my whole experience start to finish with BMS, and will be using them again for all all my moving needs.

Excellent experience, right from the first call with Kish, down to the actual move date, the team was very professional. The removal staff went above and beyond in moving homes- finishing much earlier than planned, with no damage to our stuff and also cleared the empty cartons at a very short notice. All this at a fairly reasonable price. Highly recommended!

From our first contact right through until the BMS Transport team came to take away the empty boxes, we were so impressed by their level of organisation and professionalism . The move itself was stress free thanks to Nishan, Mark, William, Ram and Jan who really went the extra mile moving large items through small doorways and corridors and into tiny lifts. All in good spirits and without a scratch. For peace of mind at what can be a very stressful time they come highly recommended.

From start to finish, BMS were faultless. Madona was super helpful in the run up to the day as our move date was constantly delayed. On the day Keith and his team - Cornel, Claude, Cosmin, Reece, Ram and Liviu were just amazing. From the moment they arrived they put my mind at rest that the day would run smoothly. Beds, table and desks were dismantled and rebuilt impeccably. TVs, mirrors and glass units were wrapped amazingly. Everything was packed into the lorry with care and unpacked the other end. They even removed the sofa arms to get them upstairs in the townhouse! 100% recommend them!

From the first video quote, through the packing, transporting and final unloading we have been thoroughly impressed by BMS. Kish was personable, professional and organised and always checked in to see how everything was going. We felt in safe hands. The team handling the removal were absolutely amazing. They were absolute professionals and really put themselves out for us - nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend BMS to anyone - it's been the best experience I've had moving and they really took the stress out of a purchase that wasn't exactly easy. Bravo BMS.

I used bm transport too move home and they was amazing they made a very stressful day so much easier the 3 men we re great Cornel, kas and omar so friendly and helpful
