Michelle took care of my subscription issue and left me an email confirming the correction.

Quick response by the company when I requested an exchange of the mocha flavored Perfect Amino's (it was just too sweet for me).

I had never taken amino acids before and was excited to try the powder recommended by BodyHealth on a podcast I enjoy. Unfortunately, I struggled to finish my first dose because the taste just didn’t agree with me.
When I reached out about returning or exchanging the product for the tablets, Michelle responded quickly and truly listened to my concerns. She was understanding, professional, and offered to send me the tablets at no charge while allowing me to keep the original powder.
As it turns out, I actually ended up liking the powder! I haven’t even tried the tablets yet because, while waiting for them to arrive, I decided to give the powder another chance. I visited BodyHealth’s Facebook page and found some great tips from other customers.
The tip that worked best for me was adding just a tiny amount of ice-cold water, drinking it quickly through a straw, and treating it like a little chocolate shot first thing in the morning. 😊
Before that, I was trying to mix it into my coffee, but it lingered and changed the flavor. Now I can actually taste the chocolate, and I genuinely look forward to having it every morning!

Sadly after buying body health products for many years I will no longer be buying. I have always brought the same product and decided to try another. After purchasing I quickly realised that this product wouldn’t work on its own and I didn’t have the money to buy the additional products it required to be of most benefit to me. I contacted the company within the hour asking for the sale to be cancelled and got a computer generated response someone would look into it and then a human response saying the same and then 2 days later after no reply they just sent the item! After multiple follow up emails I was told I could send it back but would have to pay return (international!) postage. No value of the repeat customer and no heart given the current economic climate. They’ve lost a customer.

I needed assistance from Customer Service on a second order that I placed to arrive before my subscribed monthly order, and Michelle was amazingly helpful.

Michelle replied within an hour after my customer service submission for assistance and worked internally to quickly assist me with my second order. I'll have it in a few days. Thanks Michelle!!

I need my subscription canceled. I need Body Health to stop charging my account. I need the last container of vitamins Body Health charged me for OR I need to be refunded the money Body Health already took.
