Michelle at body health went above and beyond to get my request taken care of. The company stood by their return policy and quickly got a fix in place. Very good customer service. Great product. Highly recommend!

This review is solely on customer service - as I have not yet used the product. My first time trying Perfect Aminos and I subscribed to the coated tablets. Upon arrival, I realized that I couldn't take the pills. Too many and too big. I immediately went in and changed my subscription to the powder. I also messaged the company about what I had done and asked if I could return the pills. Bekah handled the situation amazingly. She shipped out a powder to replace the pills immediately with no additional cost to me. I will review again when I have tried the product.

I placed an order and immediately realized there was error. Michelle in Cust Serv worked very hard and eventually was able to remedy the error. I was grateful to her.

First let me say..... I do not leave reviews. Even when I don't like a product because returns are handled well. If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is a joke. I agreed to autoship the first order to save a little extra but upon receiving the product i was not impressed. Mostly because it tastes disgusting not so much because it doesn't work (didn't try long enough to know). I cancelled my autoship online or so I thought. I clicked the cancel button multiple times and they said none of them went through because I had to call to cancel. Okay why even have a cancel option online then..... so I cancelled it and asked them to cancel the order that hadn't even finished processing yet or been shipped and they refused. They said they couldn't.... okay then I received the product and asked for return instructions. They never came so I emailed again and they said that my return had to be approved. Waited 15 days and nothing. They were rude and to be honest I got the impression they were hoping i forgot or moved on because they made it so difficult. Then I called again and they said they emailed me the return instructions that I never received. That it must be a problem on my end but somehow I received every other email they sent.... absolutely horrible customer service.

Be careful with body health bodyhealth products, I ordered a few hundred dollars worth of their product but their optimum sleep assist started to turn into a dirty slushy, once I reached out they made me jump to so many hops to be able to return it, not only that they want me to pay for shipping on their bad product. Never again also buyer be aware if somehow you didn’t pay attention and choose subscription they will not let you cancel until you purchase 3 full batches and then you can cancel, does that sound like a good product to you? I don’t think so.

Our first order was for 2 Essential Amino Acid powders (Lemon-Lime & Vanilla) The Vanilla was intended for our morning coffee but we could not get over the taste. I contacted customer Service to initiate an exchange and Bekah was amazing! She was so helpful in her response and helped us receive another flavor promptly! We love this product as new customers and have a testimony to how well it works already! We spent the last week in July 2026 at Disney, we walked over 10 miles each day in 90+ degree heat! We drank our Lemon-Lime EAA’s every day and never had leg cramping or soreness!! We highly recommend this brand and product!

Michelle was super helpful helping me with canceling a subscription of an item I wasn’t in love with! I originally wanted to exchange it and she offered to allow me to keep the item I wasn’t going to exchange! I was grateful but decided to gift the item I didn’t live to a friend and just go ahead and cancel my subscription. I was very happy with Michelle and all her help! She provided superb customer service!

Body Health has been a great company to work with. I really love their product, too. (Perfect Amino). Today, Michelle helped me get my points refunded to my account when I accidentally used them wrong, trying to check out! I appreciate the very prompt and friendly service!
