This was my first time ordering after hearing great things about their amino. I opted for powder because I take enough pills already. Unfortunately the flavor wasn't to my liking, Bekah was amazing help, she replaced my unopened containers with unflavored, and shipped it out no charge. They also allowed me to keep the 2 other containers to share with the other Paramedics and Fireman I work with. They actually loved the flavor (strawberry) and appreciated being able to try it before ordering. Very refreshing to have a company stand by their product and bend over backwards to help their customers, esp since they had no obligation to do so. Thanks again Bekah for all your help!

This is my first time trying PA. Unfortunately I didn’t like the Mix Berry flavor and needed to do an exchange for Lemon Lime. Bekha from customer service was amazing with helping me! Very responsive, polite, and got this resolved for me quickly. Can’t wait to receive my new flavor and really give PA a try!

So I place my first order and then after reading more on the perfect aminos, I decided I wanted one of the larger servings. I reached out to customer service to cancel my order and place another. I had used my coupon that is only for first orders and Bekah was the one helping me sort everything out. She was responsive, courteous, and efficient in helping me cancel my old order, and assisting me with my new one and making sure it easy for me.

Bekah was a great help to me recently when my auto ship order went awry. She resolved the issue and communicated with me thru the entire process.

The customer service is the best! Bekah was very helpful in helping me get the product that was right for me. It’s nice to know a company stands behind their products.

I ordered Omega 3 on a subscription basis on my original order for this product. The Omega 3 formula looked better than most Omega 3 supplements. The pills are very large and I experienced significant difficulty in taking the pills due to the size and having lupus. I requested that the subscription be cancelled and was advised of the BodyHealth policy. An email was sent to customer service requesting their consideration in cancelling the subscription. Michelle responded promptly and kindly, and secured the cancellation. She has excellent customer service skills and BodyHealth is fortunate to have her as an employee!

Bekah from customer service was super helpful and I am impressed with BodyHealth’s customer service and that they care about their customer’s experience so much.

I ordered 2 months supply of Amino Acid powder ( chocolate ). It was far too sweet for me so I contacted them that first day to ask for an RA#, assured they would honor their stated returns warranty. Immediately I received and very courteous encouraging response saying they would honor it and once the team reviewed it they would notify me of my options in returning it. It did identify as an AI generated support response. In less than 24 hrs Bekah contacted me, gave me options, was very polite, and I was able to complete my transaction. In all I had two communications with Bekah, both of which were excellent. Says alot for the company.

I had been using the Perfect Amino I coated tablets for a few months and I thought I’d give the powder format a try. Unfortunately, it didn’t sit well with me. Bekah was so nice to help me exchange the product without having to send back the powder. He also sent me the pill format without charging me. Quick, easy and amazing customer service!

I love the product - and now love the company even more! I ordered a flavor that just didn't work for me and Bekah worked with me in finding a solution that was best for both the company - and me, the consumer. MUCH appreciated!

So I had tried the chocolate aminos… unfortunately not the flavor profile for me. I started the exchange process prior to a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. Bekah was phenomenal and so kind! She was so understanding and was able to process my request with a courtesy exchange at no additional cost to me. This was above and beyond service! I’m really hopeful for the berry to better suit my taste buds, lol. Great product overall, even better customer service!
