Most credit cards protect your purchases for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. If you feel you have been wronged for whatever reason you feel, you have a right to a full refund, not a store credit, as this company tries to stand behind. If they do not give you a refund, you have a right to dispute the charge and enact your protections from your credit card company, as I was forced to do with this company.

False advertising. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY/website EVER!!! The only reason they are in business is because they do not give money back if an item is returned. When you buy from this company and see the quality, it is not as advertised, and you get a store credit only. The items are JUNK. Everything is not as pictured or described. DO NOT BUY. I ordered boots in December 2024 that…
I ordered boots in December 2024 that were advertised as leather. It took forever to receive them which was my 1st clue that they were a product from China. They are NOT leather and sizing isn’t true to size. They have refused to give me a refund, only a store credit. I so wish I had looked at all of their horrible reviews before I ordered. Expensive lesson learned. This business needs to be shut down!! DO NOT ORDER FROM BOHO BEACH HUT!!!!!

2 beautiful belts
I purchased 2 belts. First, in regard to customer service, someone I must have missed the place to enter a code for a discount and I ended up paying full price. I emailed them at the address on the website and they quickly credited my credit card for the amount of the discount. Second, the belts arrived and are beautiful - prettier than the pics. Buyers Beware. The products may not be as advertised and promised. That's deception.
My husband bought me two pairs of boots as a Christmas Present. Boho Beach Hut stated on the product description that the boots were leather and that their products come from around the world. When they arrived it was obvious that the boots as although well made were not leather. They were synthetic perhaps a plastic. I contacted the company letting them know that this is actually deceptive and false advertising and I needed something to be done about it. This added up to alot of money spent. There was one reply that it was heading to be reviewed. Here we are in the New Year.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The material of these items is so cheap. The colors do not match the website images by a long shot. They want you to pay for the shipping back to them and they only issue store credit. I am in the middle of disputing the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT order from them.

If I could give a zero I would. Poor quality sweater. Does not match what was advertised online. There are No tags or care instructions. Very poor service- took extremely long to be delivered.
claims to be in the United States -comes from China and is same poor quality as SHEIN- but cost a lot more.

I ordered a pair of jeans
I ordered a pair of jeans. They were really cute but didn’t fit so I wanted to send them back and get my money back. They don’t do returns which is stupid. I’m stuck exchanging the jeans for another product. The exchange process was not fun either. I had to get approval and then wait for a number before I could exchange my jeans. Had I known this I NEVER would have bought the jeans. Of course the approved my exchange so I picked a sweater and waited for it to arrive. It was really cute but the sweater was unraveling all over and I was shocked they sent it to me in this condition which was so lame it still makes me mad thinking about it!! I tried using a sharp sewing tool to fix all the yarn coming out of the sweater. I haven’t worn it yet. It still looks bad. I have received better quality sweaters from Old Navy. Boho Beach Hut is a joke and I’m NOT IMPRESSED!!!

Very poor quality
Very poor quality. Apparel is NOT as described. I ordered 3 items, 1 (a long sleeve tee shirt) - was acceptable - washed it and now the sleeves are too short. The 2 other knit long sleeve items are VERY THIN and the colors are off. Returning those. I should have read the fine print - NO REFUNDS - exchanges only. My bad. Please don’t waste your money. I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife on November 29 for a Christmas gift. Have not heard anything back regarding shipping or ETA. I even sent them an email with no response. I guess I should have looked at reviews first. Based on all the reviews I’ve looked at, I made a mistake of ordering from this company. This isn't US beach wear. Completely opposite.
If you are expecting US beach wear, this is as far removed from that as possible. The material is the poorest quality I have ever seen. The sizes are totally 1 or 2 sizes too small. The shapes are also not for regular women. The packages comes from China.

Horrible quality definitely not worth the price by a long shot. Found the same skirt on Amazon for less than half the price. No tracking number was ever given until the day day before it was delivered and it took a shop inquiry to even get that! Stay far away!!!
