I ordered a sweater but when I received it, IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE IT DID IN THE PHOTO! So cheaply made, so ugly, and I can’t even receive a credit on my card. They only offer exchanges or ‘store credit’. I would never want anything from this bogus site. It’s a deceitful, scamming company. Read all these 1 star reviews! I’m contacting the BBB also.

Terrible quality
Terrible quality, was extremely disappointed. Two items i purchased, one maxi jump suit another one piece. The first looked great in the picture and when i arrived it resembled a scrunched up rough single bed sheet. The other piece was a different material still looked cheap but more sweatpantsish and extremally ill fitting and also not like the picture. There is nowhere to leave reviews on their site, or social medias, no surprise. Nor do they offer refunds for poor quality or style not is. Wonder how many unsuspecting people have been ripped off.

This company is a scam! Everything you see here is false advertising, and they are not based in the United States. Not Nevada…China! Boho Beach Hut - do not order!
This is the one of the worst companies to order from. Their products are not as displayed, the sizes are not accurate, quality is horrible and their return policy is by far the worst. If you want to return, you will get store credit which takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks to process. I have complained about the extremely slow process and they do not acknowledge. Do not shop from Boho Beach Hut. I have done return upon return and am never satisfied with their products.

If I could give this company a 0 review I would. I ordered some boots that cost $70. When it had almost been 3 weeks and the boots hadn't arrived I tried to cancel via email but they waited to respond until the boots arrived 2 days later. The boots were cheap material and I coulsnt even squeeze them over my ankles. I tried to get a refund but they only refund to credit. Then they charged me $16 for the cheapest shipping available. What a scam and a rip off.

I am sorry I didn’t read reviews before buying from this company. I was so excited as I love the styles here, but it took them more than a week to even ship, then when I emailed to cancel, they immediately shipped the item like I didn’t try to cancel. Then when it arrived it was too small and really poor quality fabric, like it would tear if I looked at it wrong. Immediately emailed to get return shipping label. A back and forth for a week with Xiara( what a waste of time) told me not only do I have to pay to return, I don’t get my money back. They only offer store credit. Why the hell would I want something else made of crappy fabric from the same
