Poor quality
Poor quality. I went with them as I wanted a solid wood frame. Sadly, despite listing all the colours they provide they didn't mention to achieve the colour they varnish the frame yet they don't varnish the back, well more to the point they don't mean to but there are brush strokes and splashes all over the place. I could do a better job blindfolded, in fact I think my dog could do a better job blindfolded. Very disappointed!

Great product & delivery. I ordered the wrong frame size but customer service got back to me quickly to advise no problem to return. I liked the frames so much I kept in finish to use for something else.

I ordered some frames.
I ordered some frames, I received the frames when they told me the frames would arrive. The frames that arrived were in fact the frames that I ordered. Now I have some frames. I will order frames again when I am next in need of some frames.

Poor product and customer service
The medal frame I ordered had poorly cut slots for the medal ribbons and looked terrible.
The company took an age to answer my emails and then denied receiving the returned frame on their tracked return label ( which cost me over £10!).
I am now in receipt of my refund but this whole experience has left me out of pocket-never again.

Hello again, I am once again sorry that you needed to return the frame that you ordered. Can you please get in touch regarding the money paid for the returns label please, this label was paid for by ourselves using our online pre paid returns portal with Royal Mail and does not cost you anything.

Frame arrived with a 2 inch crack in the plastic inlay - I informed the sales team by email and asked for a replacement inlay - after a week no reply or inlay
Otherwise good product - if a replacement inlay is sent would revise score
