Awful experience, would not recommend. I guess it's a business with no customer service, happy to take payment but no support given to clients- if you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, a firm you can depend on, I would definitely not go here.

Brilliant law firm - great communication throughout and handled everything in a timely fashion very professionally. Wouldnt hesitate to use again.

From the first in-person meeting through to the case conclusion, the entire team at Bond Adams were professional, friendly and approachable. They kept me informed throughout the process and explained things clearly. The team, led by Humera, were able to recommend goos barristers to help fight my case in court with regards to a divorce financial settlement. Their knowledge and expertise meant my ex wasn't able to succeed in her exorbitant claims and left with less than 10 per cent of what she was asking for. The team were brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone should the need arise.

Bond Adams Solicitors were dealing with a conveyancing case and repeatedly made mistakes which caused a lot of stress and anxiety. I am unsure how solicitors are, by the reviews it all seems great but our case was handled by someone who was not experienced at all. Very incompetent and you would think that seniors would help the member of staff or at least follow up my many complaints throughout the process. Managed to get completed with help of Shameela stepping in, however, still very damaged by and completely put us off the entire process because we chose the wrong firm. I wouldn't recommend from my experience and still waiting to lodge a complaint which was passed onto another member of staff, never know, we might just get a response through here? There is still a lot to discuss.

Sadly this isn't just about stamp duty, and the rise. This is about the miscommunication, the errors made when we made payment and although the increase was there, the mistake made cost us more. If this wasn't the case, we would have been more prepared before exchange. Noticing you haven't done the job on the date of exchange does noone any good. Again, many mistakes were made, I'd love to hear the response.
