Signing up for insurance was easy. I had several questions before signing and my questions were answered immediately, with great follow-up. Pleased I never had to use the insurance on my trip, but it was great having the coverage. I will use Bonzah again.

Good Service
I bought a week of liability insurance to cover a rental car. Fortunately, I didn't need to use it. However, their website, navigation, and ease of purchase was extremely simple. Would definitely use them again. Plus, their prices were cheaper than the competitors I researched. Would use them again.

Didn’t need to use it, but had a good experience with communication overall! Only thing is I wish their phone support was also live as sometimes it would take longer to get clarification over email. Otherwise affordable and straight forward!

As a relatively small team we focus mostly on email communications to keep costs down. People can call and and leave a voice mail, though generally we respond best via email 14 hrs a day.

I stumbled on this site as I was looking for an alternative to car rental high price insurance . Not only did I save by using Bonzah but it was quick easy and was accepted as valid insurance by the car rental agency . Hopefully I’ll never have to use the claims center but so far it’s been a great find

TBH I can't really give an honest review because I haven't had any sort of claims yet, so I don't know how they respond to them. But I have used them every time I rent a car.

However, I was eventually reimbursed. Bonzah explained there was some mix-up over my address (?). As a result, I took a break from using them, but I'm back, purchasing their insurance again.
