Great customer service
In the nightmare of flight cancellations December 24th 2022 Bonzah was very easy to get ahold of to cancel service with zero hassels. They fully refuded me within 24 hours. I will use Bonzah again in the future and totally recommend them.

Im very happy to say that even though I didn't keep the insurance because the rental car place would not except online insurance but I was refunded very quickly I will definitely use your insurance when I can get a rental car

Hello Timothy, thanks for the detailed review! Yes, unfortunately sometimes the rental companies want to sell their own more expensive insurance options. If this every happens again to you, please let us know and we'd report the rental company to the insurance commissioner in the relevant state. Because by law the rental car companies cannot deny the use of a valid insurance policy. You could just ask them to put it in writing and if they don't do that, then we can take it from there.

I feel Bonzah is concerned for their customers, not the rental car company's feelings. When I had questions, they replied promptly and in full -- usually within a couple of hours.
It's nice to know my rental car is covered at a price I can afford, and I'm not hostage to the rental company's insurance.
