Great vehicle
Great vehicle! Easy pick and and drop off! Took a lot of stress about checking vehicle in after drop off. Only part I didn’t understand was being charged the full tank and still bringing it back with full tank. Other than that my rental was great.

Given we are the insurance provider, we aren't involved with the charges for gas. If I were you I'd contact the rental agency and ask them why they charged you for the two full tanks. Normally people pickup the rental and when it has full a tank, and it can be returned empty. But being charged at the start and the end of the rental agreement seems to be an error on the rental car companies part.

Bonzah is a rental car insurance company that you purchased insurance from, but we do not have an association to the rental car company that you had a dispute with. We'd appreciate it if you could direct your review the rental company that you rented the car from.

Eliminate worry!
We recently had a claim on our auto insurance and didn’t want to take any chances that anything would happen on vacation with our rental car. This was a wonderful way to eliminate that concern. The whole experience was easy and very reassuring.

I can't speak to the handling of claims as fortunately there was no need. But I feel confident about this company. Very clear descriptions of the policies. When I nevertheless picked the wrong one at first, I received my refund instantly. That was awesome, and I didn't have to think twice before purchasing the (rental car) policy I really needed.
