recovering from a subarachnoid brain haemorrhage
Im recovering from a subarachnoid brain haemorrhage before it i was soo fit and found it hard to find an a exercise to stay fit as I have massive fatigue. This is great I can restrict or go full on I love it!!

Be cautious buying of this company
Be cautious buying off this company. I got the elite rebounder opened from box it was so stiff it took 3 people to get up it up. Then after it was up alone I tried to get it down and put up again and it pulled my stomach, back and sprained my wrist. It was so hard and stiff. I contacted Jenny at customer service who replied say how sorry they were if it caused injury ( like I am making it up the way the rest of the email went). They said if they collect it they would deduct £15 for return shipping if they found no fault. If it is not faulty it is impossible and dangerous and falsely advertised as being easy and one person can do alone. What a total shambles of a company.

When your rebounder was returned, it went through a full inspection by our warehouse team, and the full process was recorded for transparency. The video — which we shared with you directly — shows the rebounder opening correctly, with no faults found. It was opened by a single female colleague (a 60-year-old member of our team), exactly as demonstrated in our instructions.
Because the product was confirmed to be in full working order, the standard return shipping fee was applied, as outlined in our returns policy.
We fully appreciate that your personal experience was different. However, we also have a responsibility to ensure products are not marked as faulty when they are confirmed to be functioning as designed.
For context, we have over 1,500 five-star reviews from customers who love how convenient and easy our rebounders are to set up and fold away. We’re proud of our products and customer service, and we always aim to handle situations fairly, honestly, and transparently.

I recommend the Boogue Bounce Elite…
I recommend the Boogue Bounce Elite Rebounder. Great product. I have seen results in my weigh loss journey. It’s a study piece of equipment. It’s competitively priced.. I use it at least three-four times a week - so it’s value for money. . The customer service is amazing! I don’t fold mine away as I am using it as much as I can. However, the Rebounder is foldable.
