There is a special place in hell for the people at Book A Flight. Besides for the complete lack of service and communication for our first leg, our second leg was canceled. They not only did not refund us but when refuted the cost with the insurance company they used fake documents to show the flight was used. It ofc wasn’t, we were stranded and had to pay a lot for a last minute flight. They for months told us we would be refunded but never gave us the funds they promised to give and we know they received as we confirmed with the airline we flew.

Bad customer service - the moment you need something you have to pay $150 just to have it taken care of.
We missed a flight and I asked for a refund of port taxes and they said it would cost me $150 just for the treatment and they not sure I'll get it, even though it's a legal ruling.

While low prices may seem tempting, be cautious when ordering additional baggage. This company charges double the price compared to the airline itself. Their actions violate at least two sections of the Consumer Protection Law, yet they refuse to refund the overpaid amount. Stay informed and vigilant!

Normally, I don’t leave negative reviews related to support issues. However, in this case, I believe the company has intentionally adopted this policy, and I feel compelled to warn others.

I purchased a flight that does not allow cancellation but permits date changes. What the company failed to disclose is that their service fee for processing a date change is higher than the cost of a brand-new ticket.

During the booking process, the website offered an additional support service for $17 or something like that, but what it did not clearly explain is that if I declined this option, the fee for changing dates (just their service fee) would be $250—on top of any fare difference.

One day after I booked a flight with Bluebird, the company changed it and my connection got screwed. I could not get a hold of Bluebird nor bookaflight and I have been trying for days.

Stay away from them.

Bought a ticket in October 2024. Added 17 $ for customer support (stupid me) . No customer support- got a not helpful answer after 24 hours. Luckily there were no special problems with the flight, so besides that they didn't send me the eticket i didnt need them. Just added a BIG star to my list not to buy via this company in the future.

Do yourself a favor and don't order anything through this service.
I realized I made a mistake with my flight booking just a minute after the confirmation. I tried so hard to find someone to talk to, but there was no way to reach anyone. In just one minute, I lost 3,200 NIS. This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers at all.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - stay away!!!

I was just tempted to book a flight for a slightly lower total cost
Right after the reservation you realize something is terribly wrong when you don't receive a booking number but some vague statement that the tickets will be sent to you up to 24 hours prior to the flight (who does that?)
So I naturally tried to contact them just to be asked for 25$ or so just to reach out to them (who does THAT?!?!)

I don't know who came up with this horrible business model but he should be fired on the spot.
All possible red flags I can think of and will likely have to pay a cancellation fee for being so stupid.
Remember that 'Pay Less Get Less' rule. In this case, pay slightly less and get a WHOLE LOT LESS

THEY ARE ATROCIOUS; THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY IGNORE YOU UNTIL YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE DEAD. THEY DRAIN EVERY OUNCE OF ENERGY YOU HAVE. THEY OWE MONEY AND FIND EVERY WAY NOT TO PAY EVEN AFTER THEY SAY THEY CONFIRM THEY OWE YOU MONEY. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Paid extra for the customer service and still got 0 service! Very horrible support, do yourselves a favor and don't go here

The most horrible , don’t buy from them

The same thing - you come to the airline desk in airport and realize that your luggage was not paid by bookaflight and forced to pay again. There is not option to get your money back, cause all communication methods (phone, fax, email) only support order cancellation. There is nobody to turn to.

Really bad customer service. I booked a flight with luggage’s and at the airport the travel agent( company) made a mistake and did not forward my luggage payment so o needed to pay at the airport again. After my vacation I contact bookaflight they made me trouble sending the money back they didn’t respond for days. I can’t recommend this company at all book from somewhere else bad bad service

Нет слов. Это просто ведро, а не компания. Информация в билете никакая, данные которые присылают не соответствуют тем, что необходимо предоставить для авиакомпании для регистрации. Я в шоке, каждый раз покупаю у них и все одни и те же грабли. Отвратительно. А служба поддержки, так ее не существует по факту. Вкладка на сайте не работает. Вернее она работает, но там пустая страница!

I booked a flight with them for me and my spouse. They took the money and then sent me a notification that the return flight is not available. They offered me different alternatives for each ticket. I talked to the airline and they still have availability for each option including the original flight.
This is a straight forward scam, they sold a product that they never intended to provide. And will drag me to pay a lot more for providing an inferior product. I will proceed with legal action.

during the porches process the price has jumped several times and it ended - 30% more than the original price they have offered!
most wretched was after finishing fill all the details of 6 travelers - a minute before you press the "confirm" you get a small notification something like - I aware that the price might change during the booking...
and then you get a surprise when you get the acctual billing...
this is so evill.

Dont buy anything through them. Lies about the pricing in every step od their checkout process.

Adding fees on top of fees that would be offered as a free service directly from the flight company.

I really think this company’s pricing practice should not be legal.
What they do is that they offer usually the lowest price you find on skyscanner. But they say in the beginning that the price can change during the booking. And it does so, 2 times there is a slightly rise (without even mentioning it) then at the checkout there is another significant rise claiming that the airline raised the price.
I tried to book 3 completely different flights, different times and the practice/result was always exactly the same.
So I didn’t make any booking with them at the end.
For all of you to know, if you choose another, slightly more expensive travel agent on skyscanner it will be way cheaper at the end than with these crooks
