horrible experience, that is ongoing, ugh, do not use

After 5 mounth cancalition of my flight didnt get my money back. They have dry answer althougt the main company flight as already paid them my money.

I cancelled my flight and i have safe cancellation they stole! my money and they don’t give any refund i cannot reach or find anybody to talk this is unacceptable!!!

were not notified of the flight cancellation. There is no call back phone number or email to contact the company. I propose to unite for a class action lawsuit in Israel androg&mail.ru

No service at all, even at these days when the flights are canceled due to the situation in Israel. We are stuck in Cyprus for an unknown period of time. Book a Flight even didn't find a time to advise on flight cancellation, not to say about proposing alternatives. Shame on you!!! Will consider taking that to the court.

Hi, I was disappointed to find out that there is no WhatsApp and no phone number for customer service. Their confirmation number does not match the airlines, so it's impossible to track our flight with the airline's website.
Links to Airlines that they work with, are not available on their site to read on the airline's policies. No information on allowed baggage sizes and weights.
We had to change a flight, for which I paid an extra fee for this privilege and had no where to go for help.
I ended up losing the money.

everytime you start a booking with them the final price increases, they just start with a low price and then raise their prices.....EVERY TIME

if i could give 0 stars I would have done so. immberresing service. no direct connection. canceling the flight and receiving the money back took 4 months and still counting. no direct phone and no one to speak to. flight cost was 100$ more expensive than doing it straight through the airline. Don't come near.

I booked a flight with the Israeli airline Israir. The airline changed the departure time from 12:30 noon to 21:30, and I therefore want to cancel the flight. According to consumer protection law, this is possible without penalty. However, I can only do it via the agent, but they don't answer the phone, unless it's valid to cancel the order under the consumer protection law. They verify this via an algorithm according to order no. In my case, the automated reply was that I'm not eligible. That's it. Conversation closed. No customer service e-mail address to write to. No one to talk to. Do not touch this company!

Don't book with BookaFlight, I had the worst experiance ever, I purchased a round trip to Abu Dhabi and they booked it as direct flight for each direction !!!
I payed twice for luggage with Etihad in total ~ 1000$

I won't ever think to book through them ever again .

My flight to Israel on 8.10 was cancelled due to the armed conflict. Turkish Airlines reimbursed the cost of the ticket to Bookaflight, but the company didn't transfer me the money. No one is responding to emails or telephones. Tens of people are in the same situation, according to Facebook group

I purchased tickets from Iberia through Bookaflight. When the flight was cancelled by the company I got a message both from Iberia and Bookaflight that I am entitled to full reimbursement. Iberia already transferred the money back to the agency but I didn't see any of it. Since the moment of the cancellation it was impossible to communicate directly with the agency, there is no response by phone and it seems the addresses that appears on the bill is inaccurate( other clients tried to see a representative in person and reported they weren't allowed to enter the building). In short the agency is fraudulent and making a laugh of its clients as reported by numerous people who suffered the same ordeal as me

Disappointing Experience with BookaFlight
I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with BookaFlight. When I needed to change my parents' flight times, the lack of customer service was frustrating, with long wait times and unanswered calls. Additionally, I had to pay extra fees just to explore alternative flights before making any changes. This experience has led me to decide not to use BookaFlight in the future. I advise others to consider alternatives due to the disappointing service and lack of customer-friendly practices.

Dont understand the bad reviews,I had no problems

The price that I was charged was different than the one that appeared in Skyscanner . At any step during the process of purchasing the ticket was I informed about the real price , only after the payment was done.

I booked a flight through them. The flight was canceled in light of the security situation, until today 12/3 I'm waiting for a credit that didn't arrive.
Customer service does not function at all.

They canceled the one-way flight and didn't hesitate to fine me for canceling the return flight.
