The booking was a smooth process
The booking was a smooth process. I like the fact that it is part of gatwick airport, so we can rely on my car's safety during our holiday.
Some of the different types of parking (self park, keep keys, etc) are clearly displayed at point of booking.
Paying for the parking was easy and straight forward.
My only point of concern was having to dig around the site to find out if the site was initially legit. The branding and style of the site differs quite a bit from the airport branding. So due diligence checking was necessary. Finding out key information was a bit tricky. I would suggest more connective stuff in the footer maybe - such as being on gatwick airport, not a 3rd party would be better there than just in an FAQ.
Overall, I'm happy with the booking, service at the beginning and end of my time away. The price was the best even considering other parking services. Would be happy to book again.

Everything was perfect except a few…
Everything was perfect except a few days before we returned I checked the return info on the receipt ticket and there were only pick up instructions for North terminal. We arrived at 5:30 at South terminal. The only contact number was customer service and they weren’t open. So we had to take the shuttle to the North terminal. At the car park the guy at the counter said they did pick up from the South terminal but there were no instructions!

Need to make it clearer what parking…
Need to make it clearer what parking zone is open especially at night you’re not looking for a tiny sign on the ground when you’ve entered the carpark. Parked and waited 30 minutes for a bus no bus came only to drop off so I stopped and asked the driver who kindly told me I’m in the wrong zone so he took me to the exit to catch a bus to the terminal

The original price was great
The original price was great, however, I entered the incorrect time 2am instead of 2pm (1400hrs) and whilst the website says no cost to amend or cancel, the only way to change the time was to cancel & re-book for £19 more… I declined & had to book a different car park, again with a great discount
