The booking process was easy and the price was reasonable. Clear directions were sent and easy access in and out of the car park. Only thing I would say is the carpark layout is confusing and I was guided to area W which is a rather long way from any of the bus stops. Which is clearly a Gatwick issue not relative to you.

Buses are usually quick to arrive although an announcement when the bus arrives at each terminal would be useful. On return the collection, key pick up and car location all run smoothly.
