Everything went very smoothly and easy
Everything went very smoothly and easy. The staff were extremely helpful. It was very simple to drop off my car and hand over the keys, and picking everything up afterwards was just as quick and hassle-free. The shuttle service to and from the airport was good, and the location was easy to find. I'm very happy with the experience and would definitely give it a 5 stars! 🙂

Our fight was cancelled
Our fight was cancelled, paid for another flight also got cancelled! Paid for another flight to a different airport then had to get back to Gatwick to pick up car, pull up to exit to find a £300 parking charge. Because original booking was lost, was resolved in the end, still a charge but what a pain when it took 24 hours to get our car not being our fault.

Discounted promo code not working but customer services helped sort
After following up my initial posting - I contacted customer services who were able to help - the current discount codes only appear to be effective for 2026 and not 2027(yet)

After leaving the car
After leaving the car, I noticed that the mileage had increased by 4 miles. That seems a bit too much just to move the car to a parking space. Other than that, everything was fine.

Once I found the site all was well
Once I found the site, there was a friendly man showing me where to park and explained where I had to go to hand my keys in. Handed keys in was given a card to keep to hand back to them on my return. Waited 5 minutes for bus to take me to airport. Was very straight forward.
Only downside is the postcode took me straight to short stay car park once I was there I couldn’t turn round so had to take a ticket and exit straight away (I did buzz the help button and lady said to do that)
When I got back from holiday and found my car who ever drove it had raised drivers seat to its max which I struggled to find how to lower as never adjusted it before - didn’t think it was necessary to do that but didn’t ruin overall service - would use again

When we entered we were not sure…
When we entered the car park, it wasn’t clear whether we were supposed to park in Zone A, B, or C. The signs were confusing from the start. When we came out, the exit signs were even more unclear, and we ended up relying on Waze for directions. Unfortunately, it guided us straight through the Drop‑Off Point, and we were charged an extra £10 for simply trying to leave. After already spending so much on holiday, this unexpected charge felt really unfair and avoidable. Clearer signage would make a big difference.
