They gave me lower airfare prices online than most others than when I went ahead and purchased the tickets they sent me a confirmation email but in the email they told me that my purchase has not been confirmed and the sale is not final. and They asked me to call their customer service. Their customer representative told me that there are no seats available on the plane they pretended to sell me and started giving me other options that were more expensive and/or had different flights. I told then I needed those flights and dates or I couldn't go. I asked repeatedly to cancel. They were persistent and tried say I was scamming them. They said they were going to charge me $100 even though I called to cancel withing five or ten minutes of receiving the email. Horrible experience and very bad customer service. From previous reviews I think this is their business model. Just keep as far away as possible from this company.

Hi Robert, I am from Customer Relations Team and we took a deeper dive in your booking case and regret for your experience. Please note Booking Ace never charges for unconfirmed reservation.
In Your Case you chose a restricted fare but it was not getting confirmed by the Airline however your Card was never charged. Our Advisor was just trying to tell you that the Fare you chose was Basic Economy Fare which was non cancelable. And hence Airline will impose a Cancellation fee. Booking Ace does not charge any Cancellation Fee.
Please understand we are not an Airline and Sole Discretion of Fare and Availability is with Airline only. Our Sale Representative was just trying to get you next most economical fare as per your Travel needs.
Our Customer Relations Team is constantly working to improve Customer Satisfaction. And do regret for your experience

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLEE

Omg. PLEASE DO NOT BY TICKETS WITH THIS PEOPLE. They are just a waste of time. I bought a ticket with them on a Monday online and on Tuesday they called me saying that I could not get the tickets. So after almost 2hrs on the phone with them they find me a ticket and send me an email confirming my reservation. We were supposed to leave on a Thursday and Thursday morning I went to check my flight with the airline there was an unpaid reservation. I called them to asked what was going on and not only they cancelled my flight but did not find me a new one.

They took a long time to get back to me and when they did they started to blame me for cancelling the flights when they did the cancellation.

They really don't know what they are doing. They buy stand by tickets that are not confirmed which waste your time and never confirms your flight. I lost the deal with the airline and we could not go on our trip.
They promise you a cheaper price that does not exist and then try sell you something a lot more expensive.

I lost my hotel reservation and disappointed my kids since we were celebrating my sons birthday.

I could have bought straight from the airlines as I use to do.
They promise you a cheaper tickets that does not exists. They will tell you in the beginning that your money is not refunded when you haven't been charged yet.

They lie to you and blame you when things goes wrong.

If I could give no starts I would and someone should stop this people from ruining peoples vacation.

It was the most stressful experience of my life.

PLEASE LISTEN TO ME AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

There are plenty of other places to buy your tickets from.

SCAM! Run! I hope someone reads this BEFORE they use this company. Because I sure didn’t. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had purchasing tickets or flying. It’s obscene how this company handles things. I’ve never in my life felt so scammed and frauded. And it’s more than money.. they took from me the chance to see my family I haven’t seen in years and for them to meet my son. I purchased tickets - thinking I was getting real actual tickets.. what they actually do is take your money and then when you call their agent books your tickets. But they lie and try to make you feel desperate to just purchase and spend twice as much to get on your flight. The guy I talked to changed his story so many times. One minute our flight home was confirmed and wouldn’t cost more - unlike the flight there they were charging us $375 each on top of what we spent. Come to find out after making him clearly tell me, my flight home would be at least $500 more a piece! These people scam worse than anything I’ve seen or felt. I’m still trying to process what happened to me in all of this. They lied and said I could not get a refund because the airlines wouldn’t do that. That was a LIE because we called American Airlines and there was never actually tickets for us. They just take your money and expect you to call so they can then get tickets - at more then all other companies are charging. Please do not use this company. What they did to us is appalling. The guy finally agreed to refund me back - if he doesn’t actually do that I will be seeking legal advice. This company needs to be taken down.

Our Customer Relations Team checked your Booking History and found you chose Basic Economy as class of Service. Basic Economy is not just the cheapest fare it’s the most restricted class of Service. Moreover Airline releases very limited number of Seats which are valid for a very limited period of time.
By the time your reservation request reached to our Ticketing Team respective Fare were either sold out or were removed by Airline and hence were no longer available.
We do understand your concern that at times these experiences can be highly disappointing and frustrating. Although it’s not our fault still we feel sorry for the experience you had.
Understand we offer Deal Fare or Most Discounted Fare and not everyone every time get these offers
Our Representative was just trying to get you the next Most Economical Deal

SOMEONE NEEDS TO SCAM THESE SCAMMERS

Worse experience of my life!!! Charged me an additional $210.65 on top of the flight ticket cost $1010.26. Kept putting me on hold and kept passing me to other people. Refused to give money back. Got mad when I kept calling to harass them and asked them to cancel and saying they were going to refuse me service. Now my flight is cancelled but no refund was issued and they charged me an additional $210.65. Now I'm out of $1400 because they tried to scam me for flight tickets of $1000 and two unwarranted charges for $200 each with no email to explain.

I just booked a flight with booking…

I just booked a flight with booking ace. It is a scam. they took all my information online, i called because my booking was not going through, and they transferred me with someone else offering a ticket flight that was more expensive that the ones i chose. They sent me an email "your booking is not confirmed yet, to confirm the booking call their team member" well, guess what, they told me those tickets were basic and posted by the airlines, and they were not available, so "those prices were just a catch" to take you to them to make pay higher prices "on the phone" . So even though they said "they havent cashed the money" they still have all my personal information and my family on their system, and they hang up on me saying that "ALL" the agencies that sell online do the same thing., in other words, they show low prices "available" tickets as a catch, and then they try to convince you to buy more expensive ones, saying that the ones you just picked are not available.!! what a scam. I wont trust this company at all.
