Be aware that the webpage will quote you a fare, but it can change and you have no option to refuse if that fare goes up, based on their will. I used it once and will never use it again, I ended up paying ~$450 more than the quoted $1,170.00, thus ended paying $1,520.00!! For a ticket WITH NO BAGGAGE ALLOWAN

Keep away from this company!

First, they gave me lower airfare prices online than most others than when I went ahead and purchased the tickets they sent me a confirmation email but in the email they told me that my purchase has not been confirmed and the sale is not final. and They asked me to call their customer service. Their customer representative told me that there are no seats available on the plane they pretended to sell me and started giving me other options with double the prices. The tickets they were trying to sell me were overpriced with the worst possible flight scheduling. They were persistent and tried to convince me that i did them wrong and persisted that I should buy their overpriced tickets. Horrible horrible experience and very bad customer service.Just keep as far away as possible from this company. This approach seems to be their business model.

Scam! Stay away! read reviews but not the positives since those are paid for and fake, easy ....everybody here is talking about calling them ..why ? because they use click bite which is not legal, You book your ticket like I did then you get an email that there are no more tickets for this price You have to call and pay more but if You want to change the ticket is a big hassle and waste of time stay away

I would give this zero stars if I…

I would give this zero stars if I could. My uncle passed away and I was booking a flight for my elderly father. If I had been thinking more clearly, I would have checked the reviews first for bookingace.com (DBA Explorenuttravels). Immediately after booking (for about $100 less than posted prices), I received an email stating the booking was not yet confirmed and I needed to call their customer support number at 888-581-8070 where they tried to charge a higher price than what I had just booked (same flight was available on American Airlines still w/multiple seats left). It was clearly a scam. I immediately cancelled the reservation and my credit card so it would not be charged. I re-booked directly through AA and started looking at reviews of bookingace.com. Pretty much ALL of them said this is their scam. They charge you one price online and immediately follow up with an email stating you need to call them and then they increase the price. This is their MO. Just Google them. Shameful and disgusting.

I found a round trip ticket for 487.00…

I found a round trip ticket for 487.00 on united, my husband need to be in Atlanta Friday 5/26. I booked the flight paid with a credit card called on Thursday to find out about a eticket spoke to Von or Van was told that price was only for stand by? I told him excuse me you can only get stand by while you are at the airport he said I would need to pay 400.00 more if this is not a bait and switch I don't what you would call this I was so angry von or van told me he will hang up on me if I didn't change my tone. our daughter was giving birth on Friday 5/26/23 she was having complications, so one of needed to be there. I recently had brain surgery so my husband was going to go. He didnt make it both mommy and daughter are fine. I am filing a report and then we will see you in court. How are you going to advertise a flight for one price, people book it then say oops u need to pay more bunch of dirty low down crooks I'm talking to a lawyer about a class action suit.

False Advertising, Bait and Switch, Rude Customer Care

I recently booked a flight from Houghton to Chicago via the bookingace platform. I got an email a few moments later saying my booking was NOT confirmed due to "dynamic changes" in flight availability. I didn't think that was really odd. So I went ahead to try calling their support number. It wasn't reachable. So, I sent an email.

A few minutes later, a support staff called me telling me my flight wasn't available. I said I understood. He went on to ask if I could move my flight to the evening of the same day, I said that was alright. He then informed me I would have to pay an additional fee of about $250. I said I would rather not and that he should please process a refund.

And that was where things got really weird. He kept interrupting me and told me flat out that I am not entitled to a refund and I "must choose" another flight option. I told him it wasn't my fault I purchased a service on the website which, suddenly, wasn't available any more and that I insist on a refund. He said it was my fault.

At this point I got incensed!

Not only did he keep rudely interrupting me and telling me to keep quiet and listen to him, he was telling that I was at fault and that I could not get a refund. What??? I told him I would begin recording the call and that I would want him to state, for the record, that I will not get a refund for a falsely advertised service and that he should confirm he was obtaining by false pretence and guilty of wire fraud.

At this point he changed the tune and said I hadn't been charged and why was I shouting unnecessarily and that I should confirm by checking my bank balance and that this was, somehow, still my fault.

The entire platform is fraudulent and I 100% do NOT recommend!

Advertised flights for $290, ended up paying $430.

They advertised a flight package for $290. After I purchased, they immediately called to say the flight wasn’t confirmed. Then the representative said I would have to pay $175 to upgrade in order to bring in a carry on. This was false. The representative was unable to communicate with me effectively, and it took so long to resolve the flight confirmation issue and baggage problem, that I ended up having to pay $430 for the exact same flights that I initially purchased for $290. I will never use this service again, and will advise everyone I know to avoid them.

Booked flight. Paid with credit card Got email saying they called to confirm and a lot of nonsense. Didn’t happen. Now no flight available.couldn’t help get another booking. Will NEVER use them again. Will also let everyone know they should not either.
