TOTAL SCAM- you are not purchasing an actual ticket, it's a stand by ticket Which means you most likely will not get on the flight. AVOID AVOID AVOID other reviews that are positive are FAKE FAKE FAKE- just like bookingace. Its a traditional bait and switch, you are required to call AFTER to “confirm” your ticket. Which is the first clue. Once you do they will explain the limitations of your ticket which are stand by ticket guidelines and their restrictions. - If you want to “upgrade” as they say, you need to get a main cabin ticket in order to guarantee your seat which is 2 or 3 times the price. Which of course you can get elsewhere for less. Also remember that the price of that original ticket you thought was an actual ticket and what is finally revealed as a stand by is way more than what a stand by ticket would cost if you wanted to risk flying that way. Call the airline directly if you want to fly stand by! Not them. Just dont use them ever. Read the other reviews that are one star- they all detail the same exact bait and switch tactic. The person I spoke with had the nerve to tell me when I identified it as a scam and that it was a bait and switch - that “ offering to your ticket for the real cabin is not a scam and that it was my fault for thinking the first ticket I booked was real.
He even went on to say that “ I shouldn’t be looking to book a cheap ticket in the first place” Hilarious. Hey booking ace- just reveal and list clearly from the beginning that its a stand by ticket and save yourselves the headache of dealing with “cheap people” it must not be fun for you either to waste so much of your time.

All the reviews that are positive state a person's name. This is shady. I'm guessing those reviews are paid reviews or done so by Booking ace. Serious SCAM going on here and Ill be referring this to the proper authorities. This business is fraudulent.

Don't let the "replies" from this scammer fool you. They do not want to help and will take your money and run if you dont pay the extortion fees they call you for by "upselling" to a higher fare rate. SCAM is a SCAM no matter how you spin it.

You book at one price and have to call and I ended up paying more than I would have if I went direct. I have never been so mad. This company should not be in business.

I had to call several times, because I kept having issues all the reps I spoke to were great. One in particular helped me a lot, David Smith, he has a lot of patience and was very good about making sure my flight was correct. At one point, it looked like my flight was canceled when I called David said no that's not right and fixed it for me right away.

The rep, David Smith, was helpful in booking my flight. He was patient in helping me explore different itineraries and getting the cost I agreed to.

David was very helpful in assisting me. His knowledge and patience were well received. I am referring him to several clients that are currently looking for flights. I will keep his name and number available for me and others. Thank you David.

It was a great experience with Shayne 800-894-5820 Ext 101. He was through and was able to get me a great deal. Highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an awesome booking agent.

Booked a flight and received a confirmation email and confirmation reference code. They made me call them via telephone. I called back within 24 hours and the rep told me the price of the flight was double, even though I had a confirmation booked reservation confirmation message and email. A confirmation means final stupid price! Final !!! They cost me time and money to rebook the flight with a NON BAIT AND SWITCH VENDOR!

IT IS A SCAM. Please do research. Same story as everyone else. You book, they call and say they need to upcharge because of a cancelation. When I told them I am not comfortable with this, they told me they already have my card info.

UPDATE: They are saying they are sorry and its out of their hands... yet I was able to find the same flight for the original price on the airlines website. Shocking how it wasn't canceled. Your website is full of typos. Your address zip code is missing a number. Interesting how your tone is on this response versus the emails I've received from you. ALSO, STOP CALLING ME!

If you are thinking of going with this scammer, read the reviews. Everyone has the same issue. If it looks suspicious, it is because it is. Save yourself the time and frustration.
