Меня зовут Михаил (77 лет). Мой диагноз - атрофия зрительного нерва. Я обратился к компании Booking Health с просьбой помочь найти клинику, специализирующуюся на стволовой терапии. Я уже безрезультатно испробовал все остальные методы лечения. Booking Health внимательно ознакомился с моей болезнью и предложил провести недельную терапию в клинике расширенной биологической медицины доктора Зибенхюнера в городе Франкфурт-на-Майне. Эта терапия - моя последняя надежда на частичное восстановление зрения. Помощь с организационными вопросами (трансфер, гостиница, запись в клинику, подготовка необходимых документов для клиники, перевод истории болезни) мне оказала менеджер Мария Штерн, которая быстро отвечала на мои вопросы и сопровождала меня в телефонном режиме в течение всего времени. В качестве переводчика сопровождала меня Анна Бовда. В клинике я был окружен внимательным медицинским персоналом. Доктор Зинебхюнер ответил на все, заданные мною вопросы. Клиника отличается приятной спокойной атмосферой. В ней работает интернациональный персонал - некоторые сотрудники знали немного русский язык, некоторые пытались сказать мне слова приветствия на русском языке. Хочу выразить благодарность компании, менеджеру и персоналу клиники за организованность и внимательность. Отдельную благодарность я хочу выразить своему переводчику Анне Бовде. Это - профессионал своего дела! При первой встрече меня приятно удивило то, что она не просто переводила, а прочитала и знала о моей болезни, о методах лечения, о клинике. Она оказалась человеком, который глубоко вникает в темы, которые переводит и готовится к ним всегда, даже если занимается переводом этих тем ежедневно. Ее жизненный девиз "век живи, век учись". Она помогала мне и с вопросами, не связанными с клиникой: встречала и забирала меня из гостиницы (в связи с ослабленным зрением я очень плохо ориентирюсь), помогла найти рестораны, магазины, аптеку. В клинике одна и медсестер даже подумала, что это моя дочь. Очень надеюсь на то, что проведенная терапия мне поможет и я воспользуюсь услугами компании Booking Health, для того чтобы провести повторный курс лечения. Доктор Зибенхюнер сказал мне, что первые улучшения могут наступить через 3-4 недели.

Be ware BookingHealth is untrustworthy!
My wife had back surgery through Bookinghealth in July 2023. I have found the interaction I had with them to be unprofessional and only interested in the payment. They asked us to deposit 47,000 euro but the surgery cost under 10,000 euro. When we ask for refund they kept saying German accounting is complicated and that they will get back to us. They never got back to us. Now they don't even answer our messages. Dennis Walter initial assured us there will be full accounting. Hishem Zizi was the coordinator who always say accounting is working on it. These are people who are not trustworthy. BookingHealth is untrustworthy! My suggestion to people who want to get medical service in Germany is to make your appointment directly with the Hospital instead of through BookingHealth!

I had a deeply disappointing experience with BookingHealth regarding the treatment my wife received in Frankfurt. The medical care provided by the doctor was not impressive, and unfortunately, my wife faced complications that ultimately led to her passing.

Following this tragic outcome, I attempted to reach out to BookingHealth to request a refund for the treatments that were not provided. However, my efforts have been met with significant difficulty, and I have not received the support I expected. Communication has been frustrating, and despite multiple attempts, I have not been able to resolve the issue.

In particular, I found the support from Ms. Julia Meinhard and Hany Elrouby (Quality Head) to be insufficient. Given the seriousness of the situation, I had hoped for more empathy, responsiveness, and assistance in addressing my concerns. Instead, I have struggled to get any meaningful resolution.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service from BookingHealth. I would caution others to be very careful when using their services, especially when dealing with critical medical matters.

Following my attempt to contact BookingHealth in 2024. Today is exactly 2 years that I loss my beloved wife Mildred, I still have not yet heard from the company for my refund. I am only asking for a refund for the treatment that she did not receive. No one at BookingHealth has been able to respond to my messages. Very unprofessional. This is a clear warning sign that the company is not exactly what they claim on their website. Purely inhumane.

THEY ARE BACKED BY THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT AND I AM GOING TO PUBLISH ALL MY CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM, THE PROOF OF MONEY THEY RECEIVED FROM ME AND A LETTING CONFIRMING THEY ARE BEING BACKED BY THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT TO DUPE PEOPLE. PLEASE DONT BE DECEIVED BY THOSE GIVING POSITIVE COMMENTS ON HERE, MOST OF THEM ARE PAID BY THEM TO DO SO. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS ORGANZATION BEING RUNNED BY MAFIAS. We used booking health for our Antie that was going for stem cell treatment for her lungs and we came from Ireland and were coming with very little knowledge but we had an excellent service and support and could not have asked for better. From the first consultations woth Monica who was very understanding and compassionate to us and gave us so much knowledge and information. To our booking manager who was there for anything we needed. Our interpreter Alina that went above our role to make sure my antie Helen and family were comfortable, put as ease, Alina was genuinely very compassionate and caring and my family were extremely grateful for her support. The nurses and Dr's that were truly amazing and to Dr Siebenhüner we are truly grateful for your help 🙏

Now that the legal time has passed I can share this.

I got in touch with a customer representative of theirs with a specific request to contact a doctor and organize a meeting for my very niche condition. The representative assured me that they can and they will. They gave me a quote.

After paying them the thousand euro fee, they gave feedback to me from a completely different doctor. When I asked what happened with the feedback I asked for, they claimed that this doctor is better. However I didn't ask for this doctor, I paid them the fees to contact and organize a meeting with the specific doctor they assured would help me.

When I issued a refund claim, they denied it and stopped returning my calls or e-mail. I contacted the EU commission for customer protection which quickly arranged a legal attorney to represent me in my claim. The most interesting part is is that they were well aware of the company and what they do but there was nothing they can do about the many people who have been hurt by them.

The EU commission got back to me that there is no response from BookingHealth. Nobody has been able to get ahold of any representative to at least give them the legal notice.

I strongly suggest people choose a proven medical mediator or if not -- very carefully do their research and ask for signed papers of every transaction and conversation.

I came to Germany from Canada as a support person for my mom who was receiving immunotherapy cancer treatment which was arranged by BookingHealth. While staying in Munich for 10 days, I asked BookingHealth team to arrange a general gynaecological check-up for myself. Everything got arranged on a short notice with wonderful Prof. Peschers at Isar Klinikum. I felt like I was treated like a president’s wife! Everything was perfect starting from case manager Monica, travel advisor Nour, transportation with Adis and Sam, to my extremely kind and personable translator Claudia and finally the Prof. Peschers herself. I never felt alone in a foreign country, I always felt the entire team’s suport 24/7. What an experience! Professor was very kind and empathetic, exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. The whole check-up was relatively fast and comfortable. As a
female in her early 30’s I could never even dream of something like that in my home country. The best money I have ever spent by far. Thank you, BookingHealth, for organizing this experience for me and my mother.

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service: correspondence, calls, drivers - all went perfect. All very friendly and professionally.

The only minor critical remark concerns a translator. We did ask for but apparently the translator is part of the package. She was very nice, but not really needed.

Amazing help from Monika, Julia and the team! The therapy went smoothly and without much worry from our side as everything was organised for us. We also enjoyed the company of our German translator Weronica. Recommending prof. Gansauge as an amazing expert in oncology treatment.

Scam.The worst company ever. Everything have started nicely but finished really bad and it still going on. They still have not refunded us. We were booked in with Zentrum der erweiterten Medizin , The сhief doctor of the clinic is Dr. med. Gerhard Siebenhüner who applied treatment my mum shouldn’t have been applied. They have not booked my mother with gynaecologist-oncologist and kept promising “tomorrow”. The clinic kept her for a week without doctor or checking and cleaning her open wound. Wound cleaner has been booked just when we refused to leave the clinic and the police has been called. When we have insisted, to be delivered for what we have paid, they terminated our contract with them. The сhief doctor of the clinic is Dr. med. Gerhard Siebenhüner Or any of his colleagues doctors didn’t even look into my mums wound like we were promised. He even didn’t check the medical papers properly I have emailed to him therefore applied treatment she shouldn’t have been applied. The company, booking health.com have not apologised but promised refund, but to date only half refunded and its already 6 months gone when the contract says within 3-5 working days. They keep fobbing us off.Legal case is being processed. Please join. Scam.
Today is 09.12.24 and they still have not paid the full amount. They paid another half after the review. But still delaying the remaining. And it’s been six months now. They have asked me to remove this review, but they paid only half of the remaining half. Dodgy, very dodgy.
There is another review about another daughters mum with cancer who has been treated exceptionally well which suspiciously mirrors the exact just in reverse the situation of mine…. Please be careful

Everything from the organisation to the return to home was perfect and we are thankful to Med Expert Consult for their care at every step. We are especially thankful to our interpreter Vicky, to Monica and Julia for their help and support concerning the medical information and advices, for their kind assistance. Prof. Gansauge from LDG in Berg is a remarkable specialist and man and we are really full of hope that his dendritic vaccine LANEX DC will be the crucial therapy for my sister.

My experience with Ms. Julia Meinhard was very good , and I'm really glad I chose the treatment journey with the support of Booking Health. They assisted me at every step, making everything so much easier. Specially the support and assistance I received during my visa application process, which was quite lengthy at around 9 months, was particularly significant.
