Since my first contact the Bookinghealth took care of everything. I found experienced people who advised me on the best treatment for my specific situation and the entire process was streamlined and accurat so I didn't have to worry about anything, from accommodation to transport to the treatments.
I found a team of very friendly people who kept in touch with me via WhatsApp and as I didn't know Munic, the transfer man accompanied me from the beginning to the end of my stay to the airport. He was very friendly and gave some advice about what places to visit in the city and where to eat.

Ne surtout pas faire confiance à cette entreprise, ce sont des malhonnêtes. Ne rembourse pas les soins quand le traitement n’a pas été effectué (plus de 20 000 euros). De plus ils vous promettent des factures des soins alors que c’est faux.
Beaucoup d’avis positif sur Trustpilot mais beaucoup serait-il des faux avis ? Les comptes Trustpilot sont-ils des vrais ? (souvent 1 avis posté par compte)
Nour et Hishem ainsi que Tanja vous devriez avoir honte d’utiliser la maladie de certaines personnes pour faire une arnaque.
Une procédure judiciaire va être ouverte dans les prochaines semaine, je saisirais la justice européenne ou allemande afin de vous faire condamner.

Quand vous mettez un commentaire négatif sur Booking Health, Hany Elrouby vous menace de ne pas rembourser si l'on retire pas le commentaire négatif, mais le remboursement n'arrive jamais, il veut toujours gagner du temps. Il a toujours une excuse pour pas vous rembourser. Cela dure depuis plusieurs mois.

Un conseil ne travailler pas avec Booking Health, ce n'est pas une entreprise fiable et vous ne reverrais jamais votre argent.

Je suis pas le seul qui a été arnaqué vous pouvez regarder les avis négatifs, ceci sont réel !

Je reviendrez posté un avis dans les prochains mois pour la suite du contentieux

С самого начала обращения к ним я понял, что они профессионалы своего дела, оказали качественный сервис, сразу предложили лучшую клинику «Шарите». По прибытию в Берлин нас встречали и сопровождали все время пребывания. Нас записали к самым востребованным врачам и мы получили больше чем ожидали. Отдельное спасибо Натали Корнер за сопровождение и Валентине Мягкоступовой за перевод.

3-го апреля 2022 года наш сын Варужан заболел герпетическим энцефалитом, который перешел в аутоимунный процесс. Он получил лечение, состояние улучшалось, но в ноябре 2022 года опять начались проблемы. так получилось, что медицинский потенциал Армении исчерпан и мы начали думать о лечении за границей. В интернете поиск нас свел с фирмой Booking Health. Первый контакт был очень результативным: со мной говорила прекраснейшей души человек и очень хороший специалист Наталья Корнер/Natalie Korner. Услышав ее голос, мы наполнялись надеждой, что у нас все получится и наш сын обязятельно выздоровеет. В дальнейшем Наталья все делала очень профессионально и в итоге наши дела сейчас в консульстве для получения визы, ждем ответа. Three months ago, we visited the Beta Clinic Hospital in Bonn for a consultation with Professor Alger regarding my daughter's condition. We underwent the required tests, received the necessary medications, and thankfully, her condition has shown improvement. Grateful to God, we extend our thanks for coordinating the treatment trip, with special appreciation to Sister Nour for her diligent follow-up and care.

Booking Health helped us to organize the medical treatment in Recht Der Isaar. I thank all the company’s employees, especially our travel manager Julia for her assisting during our stay in Germany.

Hi my name is Khalid, and i am a pilot i fell on my knee playing tennis and injured my PCL. Local doctors couldn’t offer any significant help or comfort me with enough information. Julia Meinhard, a delightful lady that called me by phone a few days later to explain to me how they can offer me help. Julia Meinhard, used to contact me every couple of days to follow up. She contacted many doctors on my behalf to review my papers and knee scan images. She collected all the information that i might need to answer any questions that i might have in mind and prepared a complete tailored treatment package to suit my needs.
