Мы были в клинике Бета Клиника Бонн у профессора Элгера. От клиники нас сопровождали Анастасия Миллер, которая нам помогла в выборе клиники и доктора. Натали Корнер была наш тревел менеджер, которая оставалась всегда на связи и вовремя отвечала на все наши вопросы. Нашим переводчиком-координатором был Александр Фризен, который сопровождал нас и, благодаря его рекомендациям, мы с удовольствием посетили достопримечательности в Бонн. Компания серьезная, ответственная и доброжелательная, специалисты компетентные. Мы довольны обследованием сына и условиями проживания, общением с работниками компании. По рекомендациям врачей, мы приступили к лечению сына и надеемся на дальнейшее сотрудничество на благо его здоровья.

I was delighted with the help given to myself and family members when I needed to travel between clinic and airport, with Hishem and Mr Murat helping sort out a serious travel problem for us, at short notice, during a rail strike. Also very happy with introduction Booking Health made for me with a good medical clinic (thanks Kate).

Extremely trustworthy, caring and professional organisation. Kate, Nadiia, Yusef, Afsaneh and Klaudia all provided excellent services and are genuinely kind, caring people. They made a daunting experience of having surgery in another country so much better and I felt safe and cared for at all times. I cannot speak highly enough of this organisation and its employees.

Надеюсь мой отзыв будет полезен для пациентов, которые требуют помощи лечения в Германии. У мужа Глиобластома (рак головного мозга). В конце сентября 2023 сделали операцию в Санкт-Петербурге, вырезали опухоль. Операция, по словам доктора (спасибо ему огромное), прошла успешно. Но к сожалению, такую опухоль до конца удалить невозможно, доктор на операции максимально все почистил, но микрочастицы опухоли все же остаются. С начала ноября по середину декабря 2023 года проходим химию и лучевую терапию (1,5 месяца). Мы понимаем всю серьезность диагноза и ищем альтернативные новейшие пути лечения болезни. В интернете нашли такой метод как ДКВ (дендритно-клеточная вакцина) и решили ее получить. Рассматривали несколько вариантов, но остановились на Германии. Изучали в интернете ролики и информацию о дендритно-клеточной вакцинации от рака и обратились в компанию Booking Health за помощью в организации поездки в Германию и встречи с доктором Гансауге . Очень рекомендуем эту компанию, все профессионально и быстро! Спасибо большое девочкам консультантам Booking Health , постоянно были с нами на связи, мы быстро получали ответы на интересующие вопросы, нам помогали - Анастасия Миллер - подобрала клинику (мы были в Онкологической клинике LDG Laboratories доктора Гансауге у Профессора Гансауге) и метод лечения дендритными клетками (ДКВ), а также большое спасибо Натали Корнер - нам назначили быстрый прием, помогла открыть визу, организовала бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта Мюнхен в гостиницу г. Берга (а прилетели мы практически ночью) и обратно в аэропорт.
Особое спасибо нашей замечательной переводчице Клавдии Николовиус - Елинек - очень внимательная, добрая, всегда старалась нам помочь разобраться во всех вопросах (знание языка у нас , к сожалению, отсутствует и Английский на минимальном уровне). В клинике все проходило по плану: первый день консультация с доктором Гансауге, второй день -забор крови для ДКВ и через неделю мужу сделали ДКВ, также он получил дозу витаминов В, С и Д., огромное спасибо доктору Гансауге и его персоналу за проведение имуннотерапии, все прошло нормально, будем ждать положительный результат от вакцины. Еще раз спасибо большое компании Booking Health за организацию поездки в клинику Германии, теплый прием и доброжелательность.

We were very pleased with the experience from start to finish. Our communications with Booking Health were excellent. Nadia (Booking Representative) was super efficient, responsive, helpful and re-assuring. She checked-in with us regularly to ensure everything was going well. Munira (translator, guide, assistant) made things very easy; the logistics were prefect and she was really helpful, pleasant, courteous and understanding. I would recommend here very highly. The Beta Klink is bright and spacious, and all the staff in Neurology were most helpful, efficient, friendly and kind. They responded very well to our situation and took care of our needs. The treatment was bespoke and was done in a very thorough manner. Decisions were clearly evidence based and carefully considered. Meeting Prof. Dr Elger was a privilege and inspiration. He took great care and was generous with his time. He is a good listener and took a holistic approach - dealing with lifestyle and well-being and not just medication. It's great to know we have the back-up of caring, dedicated and compassionate experts.

Я очень рекомендую компанию Booking Health. Мы проходили лечения в онкологической клиники доктора Гансауге у профессора Гансауге. Моей маме проводили иммунотерапию дендритными клетками. Bookinghealth managed to make my experience as smooth and easy as possible. They are constantly in contact with you every step of the way, they managed to find the best possible doctors in the field. They are available 24/7 for any inquiry or problem especially after my operation in case I needed to contact the doctor or hospital. Overall I would say they are a bit on the pricey side but it was worth it to get the best possible service, thanks to a great team!

The organisation and attention to detail are great. However, service prices are very very expensive and need to be reevaluated in order not to lose customers in the future.

Entreprise frauduleuse qui vole votre argent en vous faisant croire qu'elle va vous trouver un traitement miraculeux.
Dès que vous aurez payé la somme qui se chiffre souvent à plusieurs milliers d'euros, vous n'aurez plus de nouvelles de leur part, et vous serez comme moi contraint de saisir la justice Allemande pour me faire rembourser plus de 20 000 euros.
Passez votre chemin, si vous ne voulez pas perdre des milliers d'euros pour rien
Les profils qui postent des avis sur Google et Trustpilot ont souvent 1 seul avis posté par compte voir 2 avis. Bizarre non ? Leur seul but est de vous faire croire qu'ils sont honnête avec des centaines d'avis avec 5 étoiles ! Tout cela est faux.
Regardez plutôt les avis négatifs sur Trustpilot vous comprenez ce qu'il va réellement se passer après avoir transférer votre argent..

EDIT : après plusieurs mois toujours aucune réponse, le tribunal d'Allemagne va être saisi dans peu de temps. C'est quand même fou de voler de l'argent en promettant des traitements inexistant.

My father was guided through his treatment all the way! I wasn’t able to be there, so there was a translator, a driver and the doctors did their best.
Before travelling to get his treatment I was in contact with Booking Health personnel, who really kindly described everything and helped step by step!

Я ползовался услугами компании Booking Health. Мне очень поноавились профессиональный подход сотрудников. Услуги были качественные, пунктуальны и честны. UPDATE APRIL 2024:

In the 4 months since I posted my review and the 2 months since I provided my update, Booking Health have continued to ignore my requests to speak to someone.

I have spoken to various people from Booking Health by telephone and, despite being promised a call back, I still haven't received one. I have also sent approximately 30 emails to Booking Health requesting a refund and access to my wife's data and this continues to be ignored.

Despite failing to respond to any of my calls or any of my emails, Booking Health have taken the time to contact Trust Pilot and request that my posts be removed. Sadly for Booking Health I have evidence of each claim I have made against them and Trust Pilot have agreed my review of them is entirely factual.

Since my last review, I have, as promised, reported Booking Health to the Data Regulators in Germany and they have confirmed they will be investigating my concerns further.

I have also reported Booking Health to Police in Germany who were very interested to hear about my wife's case and they have commenced an investigation into Booking Health and their CEO who, incidentally, isn't who she states she is on the companies profile. This should be an immediate red flag to anyone wishing to use Booking Health.

Police in Germany have, in the last couple of weeks, informed me that this case has now been passed to the prosecutors office; as Booking Health have refused to process a refund, this is criminal matter and blatant theft and I look forward holding Booking Health accountable for that.

I will be updating my review weekly, so the Trust Pilot community and potential 'customers' of Booking Health (and its owner Elena Sergeeva) can be fully aware of how this organisation treats people with critical and terminal illnesses.

UPDATE:

In the two months since writing this review, Booking Health have contacted me to acknowledge my wife is due a refund from them, however, they have refused to pay this. They are now ignoring all phone calls and all emails.

Booking Health have also refused to respond to a Subject Access Request (SAR) from us, despite being asked for this on over 20 occasions.

We have reported Booking Health to the Commissioner for Data Protection and to the Police in Germany.

If you are ever considering using this company, please look at their negative ratings as it gives a more accurate insight into how this organisation behaves; They are operating a fraud on an industrial scale.

The hospital my wife attended in Germany has been in contact to confirm the TOTAL cost of her treatment is £390; Booking Health have charged her £83,000.

Our lawyers believe that due to the amount of people this company have defrauded, it meets the threshold of a class actions case.

If anyone who has been the victim of Booking Health is interested in discussing this further then please get in touch through email.

The police in Germany are also interested in hearing as much evidence as possible from anyone affected by one of Booking Health scams.

This is a scam – avoid Booking Health at all costs.

They will lie to you, take as much money as they can from you and then ignore you in the hope that you simply go away.

My wife was diagnosed with terminal cancer and 2 months to live in September. We were contacted by booking health who promised her an operation in Germany that would save her life.

We were charged £83,000 for this and when we arrived at the hospital the medical team confirmed that they had no such conversation with booking health about an operation.

My wife was discharged after a couple of days in hospital at the end of September, without having an operation.

We haven’t been refunded anything from booking health despite making several requests. For three months now all they have done is avoid us.

I have evidence of all my communications with booking health, all the lies and all the promises; I would happily share with anyone considering using them. We will also be sharing these with the Police and authorities in Germany.

The level of deception, exploitation and, as was the case with one representative from Booking Health, intimidation they will use on someone with cancer is shocking.

Please do not use this company. It is healthcare fraud on a cruel and significant scale.

Definitely tried the Stem Cell theraphy because of the well-experienced Dr. med. Gerhard Siebenhüner for special cases like mine & Bookinghealth.

The BookingHealth helped and provided us with everything from picking us from the airport to send us to the clinic. It was all convenient and we had nothing to worry about. The service was super. Special thanks to our interpreter for German to Arabic, Mr Ahamad for making sure and not leaving us until the treatment is not yet done and caring for the patient. To our driver, Yusuf who’s always on time on picking us up and providing the transportation. Most especially to Hamza for making sure to answer all our questions and for the assurance of the service we get and for a smooth communication.

Would definitely recommend you to book your medical treatments with Bookinghealth!
