I came across Booking Health through a friend who lives in Germany but by then I have spoken to so many doctors that were unable to offer any other alternative treatment to my son and so I did not have much hope that Booking Health will be any different. I was relieved when I received a call from Booking Health (Kate) who took the time to explain how they work. Kate responded to all of my queries very quickly and was flexible with time, including weekends. I was updated all the way and my son’s case was accepted within two days by Dr. Gansauge with appointment scheduled within 5 days. At the point of appointment I was allocated a case manager Julia who has been extremely supportive and responded to my queries quickly even out of hours. Transfers from airport to clinic and hotel was also arranged and the driver has been extremely helpful. Dr. Gansauge was the first doctor that explained in detail my son’s condition and how DC treatment will work, it made us feel at ease. We left consultation feeling positive and hopeful which is something we need as a family and most importantly my son when going through this difficult time. Today my son had his treatment and we look forward to the future.

I wrote my opinion about the company in terms of coordination, but I regret that after the treatment ended, they did not complete the financial procedures, and I asked them dozens of times regarding the invoice, mentioning the value of the tests and consultations, so that I was surprised that they sent me the total value without detail, after dozens of calls to customer service and e-mails. Note that the contract mentioned that the company will provide me with the invoices. Very bad treatment. There is no professionalism. I am writing after 6 months. You can imagine, and my topic has not ended. I am very upset with the unprofessional treatment.

Thank you very much to Booking Health for their precise organization and selection of a professional doctor in Germany. We sought help for our daughter, who has been diagnosed with epilepsy. Anastasia Miller, a medical consultant at the company, promptly contacted us and helped us choose the Beta Clinic in Bonn, specifically recommending Professor Dr. Christian Elger, who specializes in our daughter's condition. We're impressed with the clinic and the doctor's professionalism. Additionally, Natalie Korner, our travel manager, assisted us with visa applications, accommodation options, and flight arrangements, ensuring a smooth process. Once in Germany, we were accompanied by translator-coordinator Gulchehra Mamirova, whose native language proficiency made communication comfortable. The clinic and doctor met our expectations, providing thorough explanations and discussing various treatment options for our daughter. Even after returning home, we appreciate Booking Health's continued support in maintaining contact with the doctor. If you're considering treatment in Germany and need assistance, I highly recommend Booking Health.

Monica helped to coordinate our trip to Germany. She was easy to understand and was prompt in her responses. We were met promptly at the airport by Yusuf who drove us to our hotel. Our interpreter Afsaneh was so very helpful and informative. She was pleasant and compassionate. She helped us understand the subway system and also assisted us in the process of purchasing medication. She met us everyday at the clinic. The one concern I did have was that I was unable to receive a specific itinerary for the treatment I was to receive after numerous inquiries. It was also a leap of faith to pay in full for services not yet rendered. It might be best to have the patient pay half and then the rest upon arrival since we were traveling from another country. I would not know how to go about enforcing a contract while in two different countries.

Really quick response after consultation over the Internet, sorted everything that was needed for us. Made sure every test and check was done for us. Quick results and extremely professional also cleanliness was paramount. Would highly recommend.

- استرداد 22k€ من 25k€ بعد 9 اشهر من الاتصال و التهديد بالقانون و اغلب الموظفين مثل هشام زيزي و ملاك العماري و ريم النجار و هاني على لا يردون على الاتصالات و تم اجباري على توقيع عقد فيه بنود عدم نشر اي احداث او اى برنامج تلفزي بعد علمهم عن انتمائي الى قنوات معروفة في الشرق الاوسط
- ملاحظة كل الادلة و الوثائق موجودة لاي شخص يريد التحري في مصداقية هذه الشركة الخبيثة حذاري ثم حذاري و للعلم سيتم بث البرنامج التلفزي في اكثر من قناة مع نشر اهم المقاطع على منصات تواصل اجتماعى معروفة

They were very professional and did what what they promised to do. They will explain every bit of what you are going to face. The co ordinator Nour was very nice and she will respond to any messages or calls immediately. I was very pleased with her. She made sure that transportation was booked all the time I need a transport or transfer. Booking health is organised and professional. At first when I contact them, I thought it was a scam. I start to have a peace of time when I was on the flight to Germany and when I phoned the Drive before I left, he told me that he will be waiting. I finally concluded that it's real until I was in the taxi heading to my hotel and on my way to my hotel, the driver was nice enough to pass by the hospital and it was exact what was on the pictures and correspondence sent by Booking health. Yes I will recommend Booking health to anyone seeking a medical attention in Germany.I am hopping for a total recovery.

I booked medical check ups for my family in Germany in the summer of 2023 through Booking Health. What a mistake it was. Julia Meinhard and Natalie Korner are fantastic girls on the phone of BookingHealth who are brilliant in selling you “financial transparency”, “highest level of service”, “work with only verified top doctors”etc etc. This is far from the truth. BookingHealth confirmed me in writing very specific high-level doctors, but on the day of the visit instead of some of them we were offered completely different lower level doctors I would never go to in the first place. There was no prior notification about that from BookingHealth whatsoever. BookingHealth told me it was an accidental replacement by the in the very last moment. Pure lie. I checked myself with the reception, appointments with these doctors were actually never booked. 

I had multiple doctor visits and tests by my family members. All of that was listed with just one fee quote for each family member. On my request to break it down, BookingHealth girls did everything to persuade me that it will take more than two months to collect detailed financial data from the company. But they promised that they will provide detailed financial information after the visits and all will be transparent and clear. Not true. After 2-3 months after my visit I received confirmation that BookingHealth car return under 100 euros. My estimation is that they deceived me by not returning in the range of 15-20k euros on services that were contracted, but not provided.

If you still decide to use BookingHealth for whatever reason, take your own care to request the results of all your tests, doctor reports, recipes etc etc directly from the clinic. Leave to the clinic your e-mail address where this information can be sent. I received everything from the clinics the same day or within the next 3 days. I received the same information from BookingHealth in 2-3 months after multiple reminders. Another important thing, each doctor had his/her contact details on each report and encouraged us to contact with any questions or follow-up issues. When I received the same reports from BookingHealth, they were the same but all contact information of the doctor and clinic were erased. We would have to go through BookingHealth for any follow up and that would take months, based on how BookingHealth works.

Final word of caution - interpreters. BookingHealth told me they have their own professional interpreters, competent and verified etc etc. Of the 3 interpreters that we were provided, one was good and 2 other were really nice individuals, but completely incapable of translating anything. BookingHealth could not provide any replacement. We were lucky that all our doctors spoke English and we interacted directly without interpreters. What would happen if we did not speak English or some German doctors did not speak English??? As it turned out, none of these 3 interpreters worked for BookingHealth. They were all subcontracted by BookingHealth from time to time, another lie.

I am trying to understand if BookingHealth is unprofessional or unethical or pure fraud? I don’t know, but be careful.

Moin leider bis jetzt haben wir unser Geld nicht zurück gekriegt (unser Familien Mitglied starb ein Tag nach dem Vertrag unterschrieben im Ausland der vor haben wir 52000 € bezahlt .wir müssen eine Anwalt einschalten und bis jetzt keine hat sich gemeldet von booking Health.

Everything was very well organised as described in the contract. Tanja helped us with arranging the appointment in the hospital. Hishem was following up with all details and the trip. Afsaneh was very kind, helping us with everything in the hospital, also translating to the medical stuff. Thanks team for your efforts!

Do not trust!

Booking health should not be trusted. A family member of mine paid upfront for medical treatment and when this didn’t go ahead they refused to reimburse.
Apparently their ‘contract’ means they do not need to reimburse for services that didn’t take place.

The employees were all nice and helpful. They have been always ready to provide information and/or assistance. I have asked for the financial breakdown of the costs which will be provided in order to operate with the required level of transparency.

Communication was great, with quick response time to any questions.
Travel and accommodation was organised well.
Friendly staff.
They found me an appropriate treatment that, with luck will keep me going for some time.
