John is great he is very helpfull n gave me the best deal i really recommend him to anyone thanks again for the great service john.

Found flights, booked the flights, only to be told that those flights weren't available and hadn't been booked, but that we could have alternative dates at an extra cost. Alternative dates were not an option for us as the date we booked was specific for work arrangements and we were then told if we dont accept the alternatives offered, we will incur the cancellation fee of £250 per person (2 people). Very rude staff, constantly spoke over us. Scam company, no matter what you book, there will be extra costs or they wont even have the flights you think you have booked. Avoid this company

Victor and his boss, Jacob have just ripped me off to the tune of £1600.
Dealt with Victor on phone who came up with a great fare of £2217 for 3 adults to Australia in October. A good deal so I
quickly checked the names and flight details on the invoice sent. Paid the £2217 then moment's later saw the bottom on the invoice showing £2217 as a non refundable deposit!
Tried everything to get them to give our money back. Police and bank will not help as I "agreed" to this price. Eventually got £617 back after a cancellation fee was deducted. These 2 men are crooks. They even sounded quite chuffed that they'd done so well.
That was our ticket money!
I hope karma catches these 2 asap.

I booked 3 return flights from Dublin to Chicago totalling £1885
This was a 3 day trip for my sisters funeral
After 20 minutes, a worker John (as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike) called back to say our return flight was booked but our outgoing flight was unavailable but he could rebook us a new flight for £2500 on top of what we paid.
I told him I didn’t accept this and wanted a cancellation- he happily told me this would be at a cost of £275 per person as our return flight was available.
£825 this has cost me for booking a flight in 2 days time - what makes it worse is the same flights I bought were still available on the website
The handler John was terrible, couldn’t explain much and wasn’t able to answer when I questioned things (didn’t help he was eating away as we spoke)
Zero compassion regarding our situation

DISGUSTING SERVICE taking advantage of people at every turn.

I booked what I thought to be a great deal, after calling them multiple times to understand how their flights were so cheap, they assured me that it was all legitimate. I then proceeded to book my flight, I received a call saying that my payment did not go through and I would need to pay via a new link which also didn’t work. After having to make a bank transfer, only after did they tell me I would need to pay an additional £600+ to have any baggage. After repeatedly asking for a refund because their website information was incorrect, they continued to give me bad options for flights, airlines and dates that did not suit my needs. After hours on the phone they mislead me to booking a flight I didn’t want and for £200 more because if I didn’t confirm right then I would lose my flights and not receive a refund.

I will be taking legal action immediately. Do not book with them. They just want to bottom feed off of people by misleading them with vague website terms and conditions.

This is scam website all price is looks best price but not all hidden price when you final pay it’s looks double

Worst customer service ever. They’ll rush you like crazy and don’t give you clear verbal info whilst on the phone. They’ll start off with giving the cheapest offer and charge you a huge hidden amount at the end. We were charged nearly £3500 out pf £4800 for cancellation. Which is a huge amount. Tried giving suggestions about staff training for improvement in better communication but the manager was too rude and didn’t listen at all. Worst experience ever 👎👎👎👎

Worst travel company it’s a scam use some where else

So disappointed. Booked tickets only to be told it was without luggage. This was never made clear at any point either on line or on telephone. Told the tickets were no refundable so had to pay extra. Total rip off.

This is a totally and utterly scam company!!! The person on the phone categorically said our flight to USA was £898 for two and including two check-in bags. After we paid the amount, he sent us an email indicating £898 was deposit. We have to pay a balance £1050. £898 was not refundable.

Sorted everything out for me made it suitable to my needs

My travel planner rishi is always super helpful and gets me and my family the best prices with the best locations will definitely be staying with booknfly for the foreseeable future

SCAM WEBSITE STAY AWAY FROM BOOKNFLY!!!!!!!!!!! Like every other REAL review they take your money and then tell you the flights have changed price or to take some other random flight with multiple stops!!!! They refuse a refund !!! I will now make a police report for fraud and ask for a charge back from my bank I will also get legal advice and sue them for everything I can!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY AND DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!
