It was good but the reason for 4 stars was bc Cleon was deceitful. He never disclose that I was paying for refund protection. I asked multiple times if I had to cancel for any reason will I receive a full refund? He kept stating yes but failed to disclose further info.

Vague and misleading cancellation policy
I booked this reservation online, truthfully thinking that I was on the hotel website. The cancellation policy was vague, but I figured that I had time to investigate, as this booking was not meant to be until September.
I called two hours after booking to clarify and ask what the cancellation policy and she said that I could not cancel at any time and if I did, I would forfeit one night and be charged.

parking for the airport. the agent did not know any information and could not connect me directly or give me a phone number for the hotel.
