ZERO STARS! Didn't realize this was a third party and they answer acting as the "front desk." I called and told them to cancel ONLY IF they would refund my money. I did NOT receive any cancellation email. I was later notified (when seeing the money was never refunded) that the hotel had my room and Hotel Planner was canceling with no refund. The hotel said if I wanted the room, I had a reservation if Hotel Planner would honor paying for it. They refused even on a three way call with the hotel. We still had weeks until the reservation. I asked to talk to a manager over a dozen times, and they would not put anyone on the phone with me that could offer a solution. I now am disputing the charges with my credit card company because they would not pay for the charges, canceled the room and took my money. I've wrote to the BBB, FTC, Google and will continue to share my AWFUL experience until there is a resolution. AVOID HOTEL PLANNER AT ALL COST!

I was cut off the phone twice before making a reservation even though we were very close to completing the process. Kept calling for help and was being passed around to people. (I think your AI may not be working properly.)
I finally got to a person who could make the reservation and her phone connection was terrible with static.
Not a fan.

Quick and efficient. Got me booked and ready in less than 10 minutes.

The booking process was was very easy. The accommodations were excellent as expected. They provided an adequate amount of food choices for the continental breakfast and it was very tasty. The staff were very friendly & the service was great!

Said you wouldn't run my card, but you did and the hotel Dossier doesn't have my payment.
I can't believe you ask me to review you!!
My bank is investigating the fraud claim.

I was told by the booking agent that I was speaking directly with a Hilton Hotel agent. He blatantly lied to me. I will not use Priceline again.
