Extremely horrible!!…
I was lied to and this place was disgusting! I was told I was booking with the front desk and that was a lie too! Blood and hair and let's just say other disgusting things on the sheets and blankets! No continental breakfast or courtyard or fitness center! Extremely horrible! False advertisement!!!

I believe the Reservation Agent was not a Human. I believe the Agent was AI. It was a very frustrating experience at a very stressful time as we needed a Room as we were evacuated ftom our residence due to a massive fire.

I’ve tried three or four times for the last year to use a voucher, and this time I called in after I couldn’t make it work and the person that took care of me - and I’m sure you have a record. It was very professional, exactly what I hoped she would do and more. We are thrilled that we’re able to use our voucher and we will definitely plan our August trip with your people.
