Great customer service and really great value on our family vacation to Hawaii!

All inclusive

The transportation and hotels were perfect. Everything I was expected was delivered and exceeded my expectations.

When we first checked in, the hotel (Windsor Plaza Hotel-Rio de Janeiro) had us in separate rooms. We resolved this, but it took time. I could not access my original documents, and could not prove that we had full beds. I still cannot see the original purchase. There’s no information of the hotel at all.
The hotel beds we were given were twin beds, and they were bad and uncomfortable to sleep on. You could feel the springs.
Housekeeping would start working at 6am, by slamming doors of their work station.
Everything could be heard through thin walls and doors.
The lobby was nice, and workers helpful.
Breakfast was ok, fruit was delicious, stay away from the too tough bacon.
Location was good, but don’t pick this hotel unless you get a real nice room.

We booked a trip to Malta. The hotel was very nice and the airport transfer was right on time to and from the hotel! The only complaint was our 6 hour layover in Dublin to Malta and our overnight on the way home. I understand that was Aer Lingus but made for a very long journey to and from Malta.

Started off rough after a weather delay put us behind a day. Great Value addressed the changes and assured us everything was taken care of. The accommodations GV has put us on the trips we've booked through them have always exceeded our expectations. Overall our experiences with GV have exceeded our expectations.

This is the third trip we have taken with Great Value Vacations and once again, the trip went off without a hitch. Everything was set up perfectly, every booking, hotel reservation, everything. I highly recommend and will be booking with them again.

Flights and hotels all worked out smooth with a nice upgrade at Hilton Hawaiian Village since the package offered an ocean view room. Truly GREAT value! This is our second package with you and we can't wait to go on another in a heartbeat!

Going further next time i would only stay at 5 star hotels closer to tours, or book my own tours and fly first class for sure next time

Our guide was great and the trip was packed with activities and places we really wanted to see. Having never been to Italy we wanted to see as much as possible in our ten days so we could discover areas we might want to come back to.

I'd never used this travel company before so wasn't sure what to expect for the airfare/hotel deal to Hawaii. It exceeded expectations! There was no problem with our flight reservations and the hotel was definitely nicer than I expected. I will definitely look to book another trip.

My wife and I just came back from Ireland with the great value vacation package to Ireland .everything we booked through from the planes to the hotels even the rental car were perfect . We also had vouchers to different attractions which were wonderful. We only changed our last day because we wanted to spend a little bit more time in Dublin and see the Guinéss warehouse and a couple of things in Dublin which are easy enough to book through Viator . But the package offered to us was wonderful. I will most definitely recommend it.

This was our first time using Great Value Vacations and it has been a great experience. We planned a trip to Paris with their service about three months ago, but we ended up wanting to change our hotel about three weeks before the trip and they helped make that happen for us, and even got us a reservation that still included our breakfast each day. The tours were exactly as planned and promised, and good quality too. Everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful time. We will absolutely use them again for our next vacation.

Our trip was a good value for what we received. For the cost, the hotels were very nice, although a little far from the tours/sights. Breakfasts were wonderful, especially in Prague. We definitely had to learn the transportation system in the three cities, especially Vienna, where the cabs/Uber were very expensive. Directions for the location of the meeting tours were a little lacking. One primary negative was the fact that we could not upgrade airlines or trains.

We had zero issues with our tour in relation to great value. Every hotel had our info and checked us in quickly, our flights had no issues, and our rental car was as expected. When we signed up, I had concerns that we would "get what we paid for", thinking the discount would mean substandard service. However, that was not the case. The value for the cost was exceptional.

We ill absolutely be doing another tour with Great Value.

The schedule of travel was really impressive, flights, hotels and transportation from one city to another was on time, reservations on hotels was not problem.
Every aspect of the travel package was complete!!!!!

For this trip only things went pretty well. The information that GVV provides has gotten worse in the past couple of years. For instance, the documentation says "With Breakfast" so naturally we went to the breakfast buffet the first morning only to get a bill for $77.00 and information that we were to get our "Continental" breakfast in a different place. This information should have been on the reservation/ Voucher document. This is our LAST trip with GVV after using them for more than 5 years.

Great location. No resort charges. Clean room. Nice hot tub and small pool. Doing some construction in part of lobby but did not effect anything.
