Booked in wrong country
Jorge completely mishandled our booking request. We asked for a pet-friendly room in Parry Sound, Ontario, repeating and confirming our destination several times. When we checked the email confirmation, he had booked us a room in St. Ignace, Michigan. We have requested a refund of the charges, which were of course in U.S. and not Canadian dollars.
