The staff and all the associated personell were extremely professional, and could not have helped us enough. The location of the Hotel was easy to find and the check in system was so simple. The rooms were lovely and large. The only down side was, because of the listed building status there were no A/C units within the hotel and we have had unusually hot weekend this year. We were offered fans for the rooms, but because of the heat, they were just blowing hot air around the room. We were offered more fans, but that still didn't aleviate the problem. Thanks for a great experience

Made the mistake of buying from this company. Haven't even had a chance to use the product before they started harassing me to buy more. Almost 100 calls, even when I advised them I was out of the country. complaints didn't work, data protection didn't work, nothing works. Also trading as holidaysmadeforyou.co.uk

Got the phone call yesterday and thought I should check Reviews on here before committing.

I won’t be accepting: based purely on being lied to about this not being timeshare. And to the company?……it is not sufficient to simply wash away staff “inaccuracies” by saying “it isn’t for everyone”. That simply condones the deception.

Staff very friendly, dog friendly food good

The hotel was lovely & historic & we had a spacious room. The continental breakfast was perfect as well as evening meals.
Prosecco on arrival was nice touch and the staff were polite.
Only niggles: we were expecting the snooker table and were told there was a quiz which we changed our plans for and it didn’t happen & there was no announcement. We could not get the electric car charger to work either.

We had a fabulous stay at Monteith on the Lake Hotel - part of the Karma Group. The staff were so friendly & welcoming- it was my hubby’s birthday & they had decorated our room with banners & ballooons. Stunning location & views. The food was lovely too. We went on a couple of hikes recommended on the hotel website & even in the rain they were fab! Amazing views wherever we looked

The staff at Booksi were excellent i didn't realise the break i had booked was nearly due to expire, they went out of there way to get the dates i wanted to book very impressed with the professional approach from the Booksi staff .

Refused to put things spoken about over the phone into writing.
Told us our child could be booked onto the holiday "at a later date for just £60" then when came to book the holiday said this was not told to us and hotels were adults only.
Refused a refund due to being over 14 days past purchase date. Despite booking a flexibreak to be used up to Oct 2026.
Hid that you have to attend timeshare presentation far down in Ts&Cs.
Edit. Promised a refund and I said id update this to show that. However apparently for reasons ' unknown' the refund keeps getting denied on their end. Ive been told theres No other way to give us our money back

Very disappointed about my Booksi booking which they could not honour because t&c s with the hotel and it’s rules. but they have addressed the issue to find a resolution .

Just had phone call with offer of £99 per person. I asked was it to do with timeshare - he said “absolutely not - we just have a chat about the hotel”
I asked was it mandatory- he said yes but you don’t have to stay - only 10 minutes for a coffee! I declined offer.

Sadly I booked with them 18 months ago on Trust.
1 email was originally sent on purchase 99per person £198 in total. Money I didn't have, however, as my partner and I hàd gone through a double bereavement, a short break was worth the outlay.

Being unable to find said email in later months, my dislexia+ may have hindered me, the PAID for Break apparently elapsed. Today I received a phone call, which I thought was a really nice reminder. Initially the Gentleman was nice, friendly, compassionate. Offering to extend the PAID for break. I was then past to a second guy who was abrupt, rude, arrogant and dismissive.
He wanted me to pay a extension fee of £175 to extend the pre PAID for Break. For £23 less than they got paid!!!
I don't/can't afford MORE MONIES for a holiday break I haven't been able to locate therefore, not use.
Sly way to CON MORE MONIES.
DESPICABLE AT THE LEAST!!! Morals of a gutter sewer RAT !!!!

UPDATE: I received a phone call from a Seinior Manager the same afternoon I wrote my concerns and feelings.
Total contrast to the person who I had experienced earlier. I explained my situation and how their representative had spoken to me. I have now been given an extension of time by which to use my original offer, without being charged the above £175!!!!
The manager also agreed to listen to the phone call and take appropriate action.
Due to this more positive interaction with Booksibreaks I have increased my rating to 3* and once booking in the next few weeks I would like to think I will up my experience to 4*.

I asked over the phone if it was a time share type of thing, the reply was no. How wrong it was, once paid then the emails and call came about you must sit in a meeting for 1 hour. ( Time Share Talk)

I got s phone call from booksi Breaks. Could not belive the promotional price for like if it was true. I let my bank know. I’m f it wasn’t the real the company they would have blocked it. We’ve now got a 4 day 3 nights stay in the Cotswold next year. The hotel is fully booked up until next year so I feel blessed we got the deal.

Booksibreaks offered a 3-night stay for two at Karma Group hotels at a very reasonable price. The offer was tempting, and the voucher was valid for 18 months, which gave us plenty of flexibility.
I purchased the voucher, and my wife and I enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at Karma Salford Hall Hotel, located amidst beautiful natural surroundings near the Cotswolds. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the food was excellent. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing experience.
I will highly recommend Booksibreaks.
