We tried BoostingLead for a client…
We tried BoostingLead for a client survey after our last product launch. The setup was mostly fine, though I wasted some time looking for where the “logic” settings actually save (turns out you have to hit the small button at the bottom, otherwise it doesn’t stick).
The survey itself had 7 questions, mostly multiple choice, and one open text. On desktop it looked normal, but on my phone the options were a bit cramped until I refreshed the preview. Nothing critical, just annoying.
What I did like is that the responses came into a clean CSV file - I downloaded it straight into Excel on Monday and didn’t have to reformat anything. We had 32 people fill it out in three days, which for us is decent.
Why not 5 stars: the design tools feel limited. For example, I couldn’t adjust the line spacing between answers, and the font looked slightly off compared to our site. Functionality is good though, no problems with exporting or sharing links.
