We really appreciate this service! It is super helpful to our food pantry clients.

From the beginning it was a smooth transition into using the service. Sales, training and billing are always there to answer questions and help you when you need it. Staff who use the service love it because it's easy to set up on the desk top and phone.

Good availability when we call. Translators are always very polite. Quality of translation does vary depending on specific translator. We have had to sometimes have Translators on the phone continuously for over 1 hour and they are always very patient with the time commitment.

Boost Lingo has been very time efficient with connecting our patients to an interpreter. It is user friendly, easy to access and opens a world of potential.

The medical translator is great but there are call lags (not often) and also random hang up?

We currently use Boostlingo for our firm! It has been such a big help for our Attorneys to use with there clients of all languages. We before Boostlingo we use to use in office legal assistant or paralegals to translate but this was taking time away from them when it came to needing to get in office work done. Since we got Boostlingo if has not only help the clients but as well as the staff that are not fluent. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Boostlingo is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I've been using it for six months now. I am always connect with a translator within 30 seconds and my clients absolutely love it because they don't have to wait for a friend or relative to become available or hire their own translator. They can come into my office at any time and I have a translator available for them. It is also a great profit center. Just like any other expense we pass it through to the client so that it not only pays for itself but leaves enough left over so that we can use it for those clients who cannot afford to pay. I cannot recommend this service highly enough!

This company repeatedly billed my credit card after I requested cancellation of services.

After I contacted a rep (Abbey Adams), who confirmed my cancellation request (12/21/23) I was still billed a month later for my full monthly amount, and a pro-rated amount in addition to the recurring monthly amount.

Clearly there is an issue with their accounting software.
