Quality was great but the delivery was delayed, without explanation or compensation. It was supposed to be a present but it did not arrive on time.

Recipient delighted.
Recipient delighted with the phone case. Placement of chosen pictures on the the case is great. Quality of case and printed pictures is excellent. Delivered quickly considering it is a personalised product. Packaging of item was very good - no damage to the item.

Non delivery
I have yet to receive an An Post tracking number. An email said it has been shipped for delivery and to expect my package on the 01-01 another email said the 03-01. Still not delivered on the 04th and I'm unable to track the delivery status with An Post. Online service hours until 10pm but at 2140 I couldn't get online assistance as it was outside service hours.

Highly Disapointed I ordered a snow…
Highly Disapointed I ordered a snow globe on the 6th of December as a Christmas present for my son I received a conformation email and a dispatch email and I have not received any contact since when I check tracking it says the snow globe was delivered this is extremley disappointing as it’s been close to 3 weeks now and I still have not received my order or not as much as an apology!!
